O. D.I have been a customer for years, going for deep tissue massages. Very clean and hygienic with great service. They are very accommodating to specific requests. Over time the receptionists have changed for the better too.
I have also accessed the acupuncture service and loved it.

N. A.I have been suffering with lower back pain for 3 years, caused by pregnancy and childbirth. I tried everything from chiropractors to osteopaths and nothing helped. I was very skeptical about trying acupuncture but I am soooo glad I did! After 6 sessions, I would say the pain is gone by 80% and I am hopeful that it will be resolved completely. Dr. Bai hands are pure magic and he knows exactly where the pain is just by touch. I highly recommend!!!

S. B.I have been going to H&H for a few years now. Although staff have changed over time and my favourite masseurs keep changing for that reason, I always seem to find someone who is really good. I always have the 1 hour deep tissue massage. It is thoroughly relaxing and gets rid of my muscle aches and tightness. Being in a stressful job as well as being a professional dancer, I really need this therapy.
The acupuncture is great as well.
Most attractive feature is the cleanliness of the place. It always smells lovely and sterile. Sheets and towels are akways clean and the rooms are always tidy.
They do some good package deals too.
Moreover, many a times they were able to fit me in at short notice, when I was desperate for some therapy. Highly recommended.
