A great GP surgery - easy to speak to someone on the phone, can generally book appointments at a couple of days notice, lovely staff.

This is a great surgery, I've been registered for more than 5 years. They are always innovating to make things easier for patients, updating safety, Saturday appointments etc. Always really easy to deal with and I've been really impressed with the standard of care from medical and support team

I would just like to say what a fantastic service you are providing at such a difficult time. Its wonderful how well you are working together and it shows in how organised you are. The young lady greeting people and showing us where to go was very personable and welcoming. The receptionist was friendly and the Dr was (as always) professional, friendly and on the ball - reminding me of an appointment I need to make. I know this has been a tough year, but you're doing really well and adapting to such strange times. Thank you and well done to all your team!

My family and I are lifelong patients of this excellent practice. The staff are wonderful, from the hardworking, efficient and friendly reception team to the outstanding doctors and nurses. Appointments are same day with a fast, efficient response service. The practice manager Zal, is professional with a warm, kind and helpful manner as she strives to ensure the needs of the patients are met so they feel cared for, attended to and at ease. Our GP Dr Wijeyekoon is an exceptional doctor whom always goes above and beyond for the care of his patients. His clinical expertise, dedication and compassion is exemplary. His qualities and integrity as a doctor and, more fundamentally, as a person, shine through. During these extraordinarily difficult times of the pandemic when services are under enormous stress and strain the high standards provided by the High road surgery have not wavered, rather, they have become even higher. I extend a heartfelt thank you to you all for all that you do for my family and I, we are very fortunate to be a part of such a remarkable practice.

I have been with this surgery for over 25 years and it has just got better. I wish to thank the doctors, the reception staff, the office manager for always helping by going the extra mile. My parents both now deceased were well looked after especially Dr Wijekoon who did everything he could to make them comfortable be it getting the appropriate referrals and the house calls etc. Thank you so much for what you all do for us even in these exceptionally difficult days the service has been as good as it could be. This is the best doctors surgery I believe in the world. My doctor Dr Wijekoon has also always been there for me and practically save my life when I was hemorrhaging once. I have a disabled son who has been looked after so well there, whenever he has been sick or not feeling well mentally my doctor has always been there. Now having the surgery open on Saturday is an added bonus when my son is sick on the weekends not having to wait in A&E or travel where I can't drive to an out of hours surgery. On a last note I like to say Sal the practice manager and staff are all amazing, you couldn't ask for a better surgery. Michelle

I haven't had to use or see my doctor/surgery in a while (touch wood) but over the festive season I wasn't too well, I managed to get an appointment in January with Dr Banerji who was very helpful & conducted the necessary test's needed. I'm very thankful to all the staff especially at a time like this (covid) as I'm sure all the staff are doing their very best for the patients of the surgery.

I have been using this GP facilities for over 30 years. Throughout this time, several doctors have passed through the doors, but the standard of service has only become greater. Some of the more recent changes such as the Saturday surgery and female doctors are testament to the surgery moving with the times and providing flexible options for all.

I am a newly registered patient. I went to see Dr Wij on Saturday for my painful shoulder. The doctor was very professional, efficient and understanding. The receptionist a polite and friendly lady. Highly recommend this surgery!

I would definitely recommend this surgery, really friendly staff...feel very welcome by all staff especially the Manager. Very quick response from phone line appointments. Doctors are outstanding. Never walked in a surgery and feel so welcome. I had a good experience.

Gp Practis _ the orst ever. Doctors are really nice and good but omen on Reception ... no coment. The most not nice and rude person i ever meet in LOndon. I am about write a official complain to NHS about this right now .

The staff and GP's have worked tirelessly throughout the pandemic to provide a health care to its patients. I say this as a front line Paramedic where I appreciate it has been difficult for GP's to provide a normal service but all staff working at High Road have exceeded expectations

Online registration was very helpful during this Covid19 period. Also has a Saturday phlebotomy service which is great! With work, it was always difficult to take time off to have my bloods done

I have been a patient at this surgery for around 20 years. My overall experience at this surgery is extremely good. Its not too hard to get appointments, and especially now with the Saturday appointments has made it an even easier and really practical especially for those unable to take the time off on a week day. Saturday appointments are a real life saver for many of us.
