A. A. S.Tried to book an appointment for checking my high cholesterol levels and my health in general because didn't feel well this period. Wendy help me so much. She is very knowledgeable and kind. She already book me an appointment with the doctor.She tried to explain me everything about what i am gona need to do. Keep working like this guys.

A. A.Dr Asgheddi, was a professional on my telephone encounter and listened attentively even if I was probably the last patient of the week. A GP with altruism is a blessing - (الحمد لله)…
Dr Patel’s telephone consultation was excellent and left me reassured of my child’s symptoms and answered all my questions and the next steps.
A minus point regarding telephone appointment time slots: perhaps a specific time rather a three hour wait 2-5pm.
Reception staff approachable and polite (both on phone and in surgery).

Dr Shivani Patel - good consulation with my female medical issues.
Dr Suffiyan Patel - clear and transparent information with my children’s illnesses, and what to do if symptoms worsen.
Dr Mahmoud Asgheddi - I was able to understand some of the medical terms I needed further explanation and reached a good conclusion about future steps and observations.
Reception staff remain to be efficient and their teamwork definitely benefits the patient population. I hope to remain with this practice. Thumbs up…👍🏽
