R. F.Excellent Clinic. I was pleased to find a very understanding and welcoming staff. The doctor, Mr Garaffa, immediately understood my issue and provided me with a proper solution. I was able to solve my problem with one appointment only. Worth the money I spent !
J. W.I was initially hesitant to contact International Andrology because I hadn't heard of them and it's a very embarrassing matter that I had tried to ignore as long as I could. When I finally did I regret not doing it sooner. My issue was handled very well from start to finish and I was very impressed with the professionalism, care and understanding I received from everyone down to the admin staff to the doctors. I've always been sceptical of private healthcare as I always thought it was a cash grab but I have been well looked after and had my needs tended to
J. I.I was very pleasantly surprised with this clinic. I came with my husband who was struggling for many years with a very personal issue. This also had a very profound effect on our relationship.
However Dr Garaffa was very honest and straight forward regarding my husband’s condition. His confidence and over 15 years of experience was a great comfort to the both of us.
The staff were also very polite, friendly and professional. I believe one them by the name of Paolo was particularly knowledgeable and helpful when I first called. (He actually gave us more information than we had received from multiple NHS visits).
We were both slightly skeptical regarding choosing a Harley Street clinic, as we both perceived they may offer overpriced treatments. However we really felt looked after by the whole team and were very impressed with the effectiveness of the treatment my husband underwent.
