The service was really professional, tailor made and quick. I really can't fault it- I haven't started the recommended treatment yet but the service so far has been great

After ten day of sickness with cold, night sweating and shivering; I went to NHS GP for a conult and they said to me to wait. I was feeling quite lost, as normally I used to travel to italy to get in these cases the necessary medications, normally antibiotics. Because of the covid situation I avoided the trip to italy and start searching for an italian GP in england, and found this surgery; Dott. Filomena Paciello looked after me at the highest level of professionality and attention, being available and attentive in quick and responsive way; she referred me for blood tests, chest x ray, prescribed me with antibiotics and gave me advice on how to deal with referral letter and NHS GP. I can never end to thank her and her surgery, and I feel no more anxious as before.
