I have suffered from backpain on and off for 25 years. Lately I had been suffering from a persistent neck pain which just did not seem to budge. So a friend recommend I try Jacina. What an amazing experience I had today with Jacina! Jacina is attentive and caring, knowledgeable and thorough, she answered all my questions and made sure I was comfortable throughout the treatment. Jacina is not only a very professional and reliable acupuncturist that really knows and has passion for what she does, she is also very prompt at delivering products that she sells through her online page. As an Acupuncturist myself, I was in rather urgent need for Ear Acupuncture needles impossible to find in Europe. I was fortunate to be able to rely on Jacina as she seems to be the only one providing those specific needles. Not just that, I ordered the needles while she was on holiday and despite that, she was helpful and prompt in responding to all my queries and took time to make sure that the needles were going to get to me literally 2 days after I ordered them. Jacina is an amazing practitioner, she puts you completely at ease before, during and after a treatment. I was especially pleased with the facial acupuncture results I had after my initial treatment. I felt so relaxed and centred emotionally and spiritually whilst physically my skin was radiant and glowy. I’ve since returned several times and the results just build on each other giving greater benefits over time. The Gua Sha treatment I had to loosen my neck and shoulders did exactly that and although the petechiae that formed were pretty shocking they are removed from your system within days. Overall I’d highly recommend Jacina. And say if you’re on the fence about acupuncture just give it a go! - I’m honestly so glad that I embarked on my treatment journey. It was slightly uncomfortable to start with although soon got used to it and felt an overwhelming sense of well-being and energy circulation. I loved facial acupuncture. I never tried it before today, and I really found the experience deeply relaxing and rejuvenating. I had needles all over my face and ears, but they didn't hurt - a slight sting as they go in - but Jacina had a great technique for not making me feel them strongly. Whilst the needles were in and for several hours afterwards I felt very relaxed and calm. It was such a nice feeling. My skin looks good for 47, but afterwards I had this amazing glow and especially my eyes looked a lot brighter and the dark circles under them lessened. I was flushed first of all (because of better blood flow), but that went quite soon afterwards and I was left looking and feeling great (I didn't feel the need to make up on all day either, which was unusual for me!). Jacina has a lovely manner and put me totally at ease. I would definitely do this again.

Jacina did a Gua Sha treatment on my back,neck and shoulder. After years of having pain in those areas she managed to straighten my shoulders and get rid of all the blood stagnation in my tissue. Jacina is an intuitive and warm person, she put me at ease straight away. I went for Gua Sha treatment and accupuncture for stress relief, Jacina told me that Gua Sha wasn't the most comfortable for some people and asked if I was sure that I wanted it. She kept checking in with me throughout the treatment, but I didn't find it too bad. The subsequent accupuncture (which I've had before) just relaxed me immediately, a good pairing I think. A couple of hours later I felt like I had more energy and enthusiasm, which had been lacking due to stress, so I shall be going back for more of the same. 😊

There are variety of different aspects to Jacina's acupuncture treatments; cosmetic and wellbeing. I went for the wellbeing option. She is professional, very friendly, reassuring and she is great for anyone that is afraid of needless. I had three treatments with jacina, Acupuncture for my back, Gua sha and bloodletting. Most of my health issues are occupationally related to being a stonemason and working outdoors with my hands: it puts strain and pressure on my neck and back and my hands are icy cold with very poor circulation. Immediately after the gua sha and acupuncture I could feel an improvement in my mobility and relief from pain. She suggested that I also allow her to bleed the jing well points (hands and feet) she said it would 'clear the channels'. The day after I immediately noticed an improvement in my hand circulation and they were not as cold and painful...I would probably have never even known or considered this treatment but I really appreciate the relief. I have to use my hands but handling cold stone outside when you have circulation issues in your hands isn't great. I would recommend Jacina - I think that she is caring and thoughtful. She also recommended some dietary changes to help warm me - I am a cold type. I will give it a go and fingers crossed it helps. An amazing experience all round. Thank you Jucina!!!!!
