I went to JH skincare clinic with really bad skin (acne). I purchased a course 5 Clarity Peel with Lightfusion facials. The therapists are so professional and friendly they could not do enough for me. They educated me on what I should be doing at home and recommended using medik8 products. After the 1st treatment I could not believe the results My skin looked and felt incredible. After completing the course. I felt like a new person my confidence has gone up, my acne has gone and I am no longer wearing make up to conver my spots. I can't believe I waited so many years. I almost finish my IPL laser treatments, to treat my rosacea and redness around my cheecks and chin, and I'm SUPER HAPPY with the results.😀😀 The procedure and the products we used to take care of the skin, after the treatment, like the light soothe gel, or the light protect cream SPF50, are absolutelly amazing, and after few weeks you can feel the difference. I went to the clinic for first time, last August and I was very down becuase of my skin.... Janis was super helpful and supportive and she recomended me the IPL Laser treatment, and my skin improved a lot in the last months. It looks very clear, bright, with no spots or redness. Also the products I'm using are fantastic, I'm completely in love with the Medik8 Calmwise serum, it is pure magic and smells so good 😍 In my visits, we always talk about the impotance of taking care of the skin, SPF 50 always, winter or summer, spend time to clean it properly with a delicate cleanser. She recomended me the Medik8 calmwise soothing cleanser, and it makes the difference, its is like a mousse, it is not aggresive and doesn't dry the skin at all. My experience in the clinic was very positive from the first visit. It is always nice to talk with Janis and listen her advise. I have been going to JH Skincare for the past 8 or 9 years. What makes the clinic such a great place to go to is the family feel with their customer service with every customer. If you are someone like myself who is a bit clueless on how to look after your face, let alone after your appointments, these lovely ladies can explain exactly everything to you of what you need to do. They will teach you that you do not need 5 different products to look after your skin but maybe 2 or 3 depending on your age. I am someone who has a hormone condition called PCOS, which means I was a majorly overly hairy teenager growing up. I meet Janis when I was 18/19 and I felt over the moon to know that she was able to help me to get rid of my sideburns because of how long my hair was on the side of my face. She has 9 years later been able to completely reform my face. I used to have a uni brow and side brows due to my PCOS, now I have got stunning eyebrows and can have my hair up in a ponytail with loads confidence and happiness. She has been able to do this by using electrolysis. The team now have a brand new treatment which is laser hair removal. Since I have been using their new laser hair remover, my leg hair has drastically reduced and has now become very patchy. I am a point, where i only need follow up appointments to help to reduce the hair more. I would recommend JH Skincare to anyone.

Professional, friendly and clean I booked myself in for a course of electrolysis to get rid of my unwanted thick and dark hair around my mouth. Immediately I had a call back from Janis who was very friendly and made me feel instantly comfortable. We arranged a 45 minute initial consultation via video chat where she explained to me everything about the procedure, how it works, and the results i can expect. I can tell that she really knows what she is doing, unlike some places I’ve been to. Included in the price of the consultation was a tube each of SPF 50 cream and soothing gel - a real must have for electrolysis. I’ve only had three sessions so far so its a bit too early to see the results but I can safely say that I feel comfortable that i’m in good hands and I will see the results I want. Janis is also full of little tips and tricks for skincare which are super helpful! The place is extremely clean and they take their Covid due diligence very seriously - they take your temperature when you come in and spray your hands, and they disinfect surfaces regularly. It felt as Covid safe as it could be. All in all, if you’re looking an aesthetician that is thorough, attentive to your needs, and knows how to get good results, I wouldn’t look any further than JH skincare.

I would start this review by saying it's not often that you find a Skin clinic that actually does exactly what you see in the pictures and as a real skeptic who has been to many I can say that confidently. When I went to JH Skin Care a year ago for the first time I was hoping for something different and that's exactly what I got! Janis and her team who are very caring and passionate about what they do instantly gave me belief that this would be a different experience and it was, after having 2/3 sessions with great advice on aftercare I started seeing a massive improvement in my Dermatosis Papulosa Nigra (DPN) once the course finished my skin was clear and to this day they have not returned. It gives you so much renewed confidence in yourself. I would truly recommend this to anyone who has the same problem all over their face or body.
