Phoned to book an implant removal and got an appointment for the next day. Nurse took the time to discuss all options and help me decide what was best for me. Procedure was all fine. Was at clinic for around an hour including wait time.

I called the general number for a chain of clinics, the woman on the phone was able to get me a fast appointment to this one, which was excellent. Location easy to find, not a long wait time at all. Staff very friendly, made sure my info was kept private, and Dr Mohammed was very nice, funny, and helpful. As a non citizen, my services were free. I’d recommend this clinic & want to say thank you to all FREE clinics, you’re helping so many people and you’re very important in today’s world.

This is one of the oldest sexual health clinics in London and as such it is often very busy. They have an efficient telephone and online booking system (you may have to wait a while on the phone) as well as two walk-in clinics during the week on a first-come first-served basis. Doctors and nurses here are helpful and friendly, often spending extra time with patients to make sure nothing is left out. They offer a variety of services which can make your visit quick or long - you should leave at least 2 hours for your visit.

I had to wait a couple of days to get an appointment, but I´d always give this clinic 5 stars because the doctor (dr mcintosh) was the nicest, most helpful doctor I've ever been treated by, very professional and sympathetic. I didn't had to wait for long and have been pleased all the way through. Very recommendable!
