O. D.I'm new at this GP practice and I have to say that one of my best experience so far. Waiting time to get appointments it's a bit long, but once I got it and I arrived they where extremely friendly, helpful and professional. From the reception to the doctor they were all very welcoming. I'm afraid of doctors generally and I think first time in my life I didn't fainted after they took blood sample.

M. W.My family have been with Kingfisher Medical Centre for over 30 years, we have seen various changes and Drs/staff come and go. Overall my personal interactions with the team has been very positive especially highlighted during the pandemic period. My father had become very unwell and had developed many health conditions due to contracting Covid April 2020. He was discharged after 4 months hospital stay in August 2020, I have had to deal with different hospital referrals, face to face/telephone appointments, screening results, medications and GPs.
Kingfisher Medical Centre receptionist staff are always welcoming in person and polite over the phone, they are helpful and offer different options if appointments are not available in the time frame required or the situation is more of an emergency. All the telephone appointments with Drs, pharmaceutical staff, dieticians I have experienced have been on time, very professional and are practical for me and my father as they are convenient without the added difficulty of organising transport for my father who has mobility issues. I have not had any issues getting a face to face appointment if a physical examination is required.
Focusing on today's telephone appointment with results of an ultra sound taken on 03/02/2022 with Dr Blenka (sorry unsure of spelling), she called on time, was very thorough with details, listened and answered all my questions. I did not feel rushed and she was extremely helpful, proactively offered sound advice and will action future referrals to determine solution to this medical finding.
Thank you to everyone at Kingfisher Medical Centre for all support and great service throughout the years but especially in the recent turbulent times, it has been extremely difficult for me coping with being a full time career and dealing with all my father's medical needs. Without your help and quality of service it would've been much more of an arduous challenge!

T.I've recently moved into the area and joined this GP practice who have been outstanding. Easy registration process, a MOT health check up and staff seem genuinely interested in patients wellbeing. I had to come in to the surgery this week where the reception staff were welcoming and friendly, and Mo was very knowledgable and professional.
L. G.So far I had good experience with the team and doctors seem to be very helpful and understanding. My only frustration is the long waiting times and almost seem impossible to go and see a doctor face to face. I find myself dragging things on for a lot longer knowing that I won't be seen quickly enough. There is no real clarity. Pharmacist says to see a doc, at the clinic they say to call 111, 111 says to go to emergency. 😑
A. R.My appointment this morning went really well. The Dr was vey nice and very thorough. She made me feel relaxed and listened to. She offered really sound advice. I came away feeling cared about and she had time for me, not rushed. Very professional.
