Reviews of Knightsbridge Doctors

I had the pleasure of seeing Dr Waters today. I found the consultation to be relaxed and speaking to him extremely cathartic. He appeared interested and engaged throughout. The consultation ended with some excellent advice and I plan on moving my care there permanently.
Lastly, the practice manager Holly was also very helpful and accommodating, booking me a last minute appointment.

The reviews of this place does not reflect how professional, nice and courteous the people work there are. First of all the negative review are simply by people who are ignorant to the fact that this is a private practice. If you do not want to pay for your visa health examination, you should probably reconsider applying in the first place since this is simply a necessary step. But enough about stupid reviews. The staff in the reception is lovely, smiling welcoming and joking people (thanks for sending me the certificate I forgot btw!!) The doctor who assessed me was friendly, professional and conversational. All in all a sublime experience (except for when I had to pay, that hurt a bit🔫) The only downside is that it can be a bit hard to find at first as it is at the bottom of an complex and there's is no signs. Otherwise an A + experience.

I went for my appointment with my family. It went very well. There were some mistake on the certificate. The blonde girl I don't know her name. She was very good kind and fixed the problem.

Brilliant prompt service.
I used Knightsbridge Doctors to get a Chest X-ray to apply for New Zealand's working holiday scheme. From the first phone call to booking an appointment to the day of the appointment, everything was quick and professional.
Yes the people in reception aren't the smiley-est people but they get the job done quick. My appointment was at 10:30, I arrived at about 5 mins prior, and was out there by 10:50. I'm sure the waiting would depend on the day of the appointment and how busy the clinic might be on a particular day. The nurse who instructed me on the chest x-ray was also prompt, polite, and made me feel comfortable during the x-ray exam.
All in all a great service and considering there is only one clinic that is registered as panel physician for Immigration New Zealand in central London, this is definitely a good one to visit even with a slightly more expensive price list.

Apart from an initial misunderstanding about which practice to go to (I didn't realize there were two in London) I found all the staff very helpful and kind. I was treated with dignity and respect throughout the whole procedure and at every point a staff member took the time to explain the process to me. Thank you

I got the train down (Well a couple of trains) fairly early in the morning. My appointment was just before 2pm, but being unfamiliar with London and being much more familiar with the inconsistency of our train service I planned to arrive in at around 12pm, giving myself a bit of time for train delays, wandering around, getting lost, grabbing lunch and still making it there in plenty of time.
Arriving in St Pancras station, I headed to the information point. I'd already looked up the distance to the Doctors from the station, so I knew it was within walking distance as well as being very accessible my bus, tube and taxi. Really, it's easy. I walked there. It took around 30-40 minutes, but not being used to the city, it was pretty enjoyable walking through London. This might sound a bit daunting and I thought it might be, however the walk is almost confined to one road, and there are clear street maps of your surrounding area on almost every lamp post along the way. You'd have to be trying really really hard to get lost here! Glad to say I had time for a Costa and some lunch before my medical. (There are food stores/restaurants/bars on every corner so don't worry about having to hunt for something, you'll be spoiled for choice).
Having found the road easily enough, I had a little bit of confusion over the address. Just note it's '4 Bentinck Mansions' not '4 Bentinck Steet'! You'll find the Mansion on the other side of the road a little bit further along from '4 Bentinck Steet'. Ring the buzzer and the Doctors is just on the right, obviously signposted.
Going in to the Doctors is a small reception area, with an office to your right. When I arrived (20 minutes early, not necessary!) the receptionists took my documents. (Triple check you have all of these). She did a bit of filing and scanning, then handed me a clipboard with a medical questionnaire (Slightly different from the one you are required to bring and fill out). They then pointed me to a comfy waiting room where I filled this out and waited a little while. I did have some questions about the form I was left to fill in, so I asked at reception and they were very kind and helpful.
I was called out on time, and was shown to a room where a lady went over my vaccination records with me. I required one to be updated, and she explained my options. I recommend being aware of what you do need prior to going and finding out if it is available at your GP for free. They can do them at the medical for you but for quite a cost, whereas a lot of GP practices will do them for you under NHS. Just good for saving a bit of money!
Having gone through the vaccination checklist I was sent next door for my chest x ray. The lady doing it was very kind and made this process very quick and easy. If you haven't had an x ray before, don't worry about it. Absolutely zero feeling or pain. You just stand in front of a machine, chat a bit, have your photo taken while standing in a weird position as told and then you're done! That bit over.
I was sent back to the waiting room at this point, before being called a couple of minutes later again to see another doctor. Again, going in to her office it all started off with just chatting, being made comfortable, asking about my partner casually and answering some very simple questions about my medical history. I was made to sign a couple of things and asked if there was any part of the medical I was worried about. The last time I had blood tests I passed out so I explained I was nervous and the doctor reassured me and said we could do them lying down, even giving me the option to get it out the way first. My height and weight were taken and a general physical was done, nothing intrusive or uncomfortable. Very little blood is taken, to the point where I didn't even realise it had been until she told me!
To conclude my experience of Knightsbridge Doctors was made very comfortable by the staff who were kind and understanding - to anyone going in the future, don't worry, it's likely to be a lot better than you think!

Absolutely fantastic. Every person I saw/spoke to was friendly, courteous and professional. Efficient throughout my whole experience. From checking in, to the physical, the xrays and vaccinations. Pleasant atmosphere and waiting area, including water jugs and cups, which I thought was a nice touch.

Writing this while I wait for an appointment that's 40 minutes late already. That said the doctor was good and once things got moving it happened quickly.

We went here for our health checks for migration purposes and the staff were professional, polite and efficient. The only con is that they are quite expensive.

Great friendly service and very efficient - would highly recommend.

Home looking clinic specialising in visa medical checks... Very pricey because of the proximity to city center
