Being fairly new to the area we have only used the facilities a few times. However I have to say that the level of service we have received at every level, no matter who you speak to or who you see, is absolutely 1st class.
The additional step they go in everything they do, any time I have contacted them, has continued to reiterate to me how much patients and care important to them. This is, by far, the best surgery in my adult 35 + years I have ever dealt with. Thank you Larkshall Medical Centre - the difference you make is very much appreciated.
J. F.I registered with the Larkshall Medical Centre in December after being a member at another health centre in Loughton all my life. I wish I had registered with this centre a very long time ago.
The staff are so welcoming from the minute I received the registration forms to my phone appointments with the GP. The reception staff are so helpful - helping me with forms and explaining to me how the practice works. I registered and took my forms back and a lady at reception again was so so helpful and came outside to take my forms.
I then had a GP appointment on the phone and found the GP so kind and happy to explain things to me and take the time despite the pandemic. Every time I have spoken to a member of staff, they have been friendly and happy to help me.
I had blood tests from a centre that Larkshall recommended and a follow up session with the GP, where again she made me feel so ease and reassured. I just want to say a huge thank you to everyone that has helped me during what is a very very difficult time!
M. R.I've always found this GP practice very professional and friendly. The receptionists are efficient and patient despite it being a busy practice. My 3 children have had their vaccinations there and the nurse who deals with them, I've always seen the same one, she makes them feel comfortable, is patient if they are unsettled, and always explains thoroughly what jabs they are having to me. She's a gem. Having a good bedside manner and kindness goes a long way and I appreciate how hard everyone works there.
R. M.My family and I have returned to this surgery after moving to a surgery closer to where we live. However, after seeing how long prescriptions take and the attitude from staff at the surgery we are happy to travel that little bit extra to receive a friendly, professional and confidential service at Larkshall Medical Centre.
The reception staff always make you feel welcome and strive to provide an excellent service as do all the medical team.
Dr Kumar is a fantastic Doctor who always takes time to thoroughly explain and advise on the situation. We have never felt rushed or dissatisfied with his advice.
We definitely will not be making the mistake of moving again.

V. R.Great service, On my last visit I managed to get a really early appointment to see the doctor for 7 am, which is brilliant as it really benefited me because I need to be in work at 8 am. I received a text reminder for my appointment and also managed to get the appointment with one phone call. The best thing of all was how lovely and professional my nurse was, I can be a really nervous person and they made me feel really comfortable :)
G. W.Always excellent service and care here (inevitable delays to appointments but that is because the GPs here devote enough time for patients!) and willing to go the extra mile. A model GP surgery/NHS training centre - other surgeries should take note! I'm sorry for other people who are not registered here!
