First came here to wax and after a few sessions started doing underarm/Hollywood laser treatment instead. Never have I stayed with a beautician for this long!! (Over a year never went/ will go to anyone else since I met Silvia) Silvia is super professional and fully qualified. So any questions about skin or hair treatment she can give you some advice. What’s also nice is that you never feel like “just another client”; Silvia takes her time to get to know you and your needs. Her intention is not to make money from you but to make you feel confident and for you to leave smiling. You will NOT regret coming here. If you are new or nervous to start any beauty treatments, COME HERE! The treatment, the experience and the attention you receive will make you come back for more. I rarely give reviews however, I want to share my experience. I had the Vivace experience a few days ago. I am totally blown away, I was apprehensive before my procedure as I'm not good with needles or pain. Silvia calmed me and explained about the very strong numbing cream and checked with me throughout how I was feeling. Honestly I was amazed I felt nothing and my skin 3 days later you can see the results. It's tighter and has been lifted, in particular around my eyes. I have seen afew Dr's about my blephs and thought I'd have to go under the knife. I'm looking forward to having my 2nd procedure in a couple of weeks. I'm looking forward to seeing the full results in the months to come. I went for lunch with friends straight after Vivace and my skin was glowing! Thank you Silvia!

I’ve always had quite noticeable and stubborn facial hair- particularly around the chin area. It really affected my confidence but I had gotten used to living with the daily plucking. When Silvia introduced her laser treatment, I was uncertain how effective it would be at getting rid of my hair, as I had heard mixed stories from friends who had received laser by other companies. However, after just my second session I saw a noticeable difference with my facial hair- nearly non existent on my chin! I am so surprised and pleased with the result.
