P. H.The process of making an appointment was straightforward and availability was good. My consultation took place via phone, which worked well for me. Dr Adams listened to my health concerns and took a pragmatic approach to resolving them. He had a nice manner and I didn’t feel like I was being rushed out the door to make way for the next appointment like I have done by doctors in the past.
L. S.Yesterday I received particularly good support from the surgery. Graham - a truly empathic and welcoming member of the reception staff - was amazingly helpful. I then felt in such safe hands with Dr Butler. Indeed I have had excellent treatment throughout these difficult Covid times. Thank you Lee Road Surgery.

The doctors and nurses are welcoming, caring thorough and obviously expert. The reception and admin staff are polite and friendly and very efficient. They are very good at recognising when patients need to see a doctor or nurse urgently.
Whenever we attend the surgery, which is always terribly busy, we always feel as though ‘we matter’, which is so important.
T. M.All the GPs I have seen at this practice have been so helpful. After the birth of my son they were always on hand to address my concerns. They were professional but also genuine and never made me feel like I was using up precious time, although I know they are very busy.

I have been on the list here for several years and have never received anything but the highest level of service from all staff members, be they nurses, admin or doctors. I have always been treated efficiently, intelligently and with good humour and kindness whether in a face to face or telephone consultation with a doctor or simply just popping into reception to pick up a form. I honestly don’t think there’s a weak link in the team.
