Dr Zokaie is absolutely amazing! I have been trying to clear my skin of acne since I was 17 and have seen previous dermatologists, GP’s, been on antibiotics and although there was some improvement I was never entirely happy. Dr Zokaie advised he could help me even though I swore I had tried everything! My mother had had treatment here with Miriyam who has been absolutely outstanding from the first phone call. I have just had my latest Roaccutane video consultation with Dr Simon Zokaie. From my first inquiry till now I can honestly say I’ve been very impressed by everything at Linia Skin Clinic. From the Admin team, who are quick to answer all calls and emails with a helpful and happy tone to Dr Simon Zokaie, who is friendly, calm and understanding of my issue (acne). I had one or two issues arranging blood tests locally (not at the clinic) as I live in Wiltshire and the clinic (Simon and Rebecca) were very happy to help with the questions/ requests I had regarding that. Anyone who is debating using the clinic should definitely give them a try as they will not be disappointed. My only regret is not using them sooner.

I came to see Dr Simon at the Linia Skin clinic because I had been suffering with alopecia for the past 2 years. The alopecia had seen me lose 30% of my hair. I attended Linia Skin Clinic to have my fillers dissolved after having been to a different clinic and they over filled my face and looked horrible. I had lost confidence in my looks and I cam across Linia Skin. From the moment I called them with my concern they were very supportive and understanding. They talked me through the treatment step by step. I had an assessment by the doctor who was very professional and empathetic. He assessed my face and explained and educated about fillers and the treatment including risks and expected outcomes. I realised its not all going to be easy and stages of correction may be required after. When I was ready to have the treatment I had a patch test and had to wait for 3- minutes to ensure I am not allergic to the treatment. This made me feel very reassured as he didn't just treat me without checking. When i was ready he explained the procedure to me and took care to ensure he injected slowly not to cause me pain. I contacted Linia skin clinic hoping for a Roaccutane treatment after failing to get a hold on the NHS dermatology service (the waiting list for Roaccutane is unbelievably long). I researched which clinic was offering the treatment and Linia skin clinic was the only one I saw which were credible and had experience in treating acne. within 8 hours of my email enquiry to them I was already in touch with the team who booked an online appointment with their top dermatologist using their great and easy to use app. The consultation went very well and the treatment process and costs were clearly stated, same as on their website. I only waited one week before the initial consultation and the beginning of my treatment .Since then it has been going extremely smoothly; the team and the doctor are extremely kind, professional and responsive. As I started my treatment during covid I had to get my blood test at the lab, which is easy as its an walk in clinic and I received the medication at home so it’s really efficient. The communication by phone or email is extremely good as well, it is very easy and fast to get to speak to someone. I’m in my fourth month of Roaccutane and I’m really happy with my skin as it has now cleared, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the clinic for this treatment.

I don't normally leave reviews but I am so happy with my skin I thought I should write a review to help others in search of having their acne treated. I suffered from acne for many years and I thought I had tried everything there was. But I was wrong! Dr Simon and Linia Skin clinic were recommended to me and I thought I would look in to it as my acne was really getting me down and I was feeling very low and hopeless. from the moment I called the clinic the team were nothing but nice, empathetic and supportive. I made an appointment to see Dr Simon via a video a consultation and he went through my whole history and asked me lots of questions and examined my skin. He was very understanding and and very knowledgeable. We decided together the best option would be Roaccutane for me as my acne had failed on everything else and I had nodules and scarring. He explained the whole journey to me including the side effects and how he would be monitoring me every month with pregnancy tests, blood tests and follow ups. I felt I was in good hands so I purchased a package which included 8 consultations and blood tests. I followed his advice and did my blood test every month prior to my follow up and did a pregnancy test on the day of my appointment which was every 4 weeks, and this was arranged straight after each consultation. I found their video app very easy to sign up to and use and if I had any questions I could just text them on their app and they would answer it. regarding the side effects, just like all others I had some mild side effects but these were all carefully monitored by Dr Simon at each follow up. He send my prescriptions to me after each follow up and I was never left without medication. I have now finished my course of treatment with him and my acne has completely cleared and has remained clear for a few months now. I am so happy and feel very confident with my skin. I feel like a new woman and feel I have my life back again. I think what I paid was worth every penny after all I am so happy now. Thank you Dr Simon and Linia team for making me feel so better. My Roaccutane Journey Before I made this review I wanted to fully complete my roaccutane journey! I’ve never been so happy with my skin even before I had awful hormonal acne! I waited so long for the NHS to start me on my plan and as soon as I was close.. lockdown happened. I found Linia Skin Clinic online and managed to start my journey with Dr Zokaie. We had monthly consultations over video calling and if I ever needed some advice, he was there to support me and give me the answers/ advice I needed. I would like to thank Dr Z for being so reassuring and making me feel happy/ comfortable about my skin! My personal advice for acne sufferers would be TO DO IT! The side effects are of course having dry skin but every one has different sides effects so you have to take the journey step by step. At not one point did the side effects make me regret my journey. I LOVE my skin now! Roaccutane is sent from heaven.

Life changing experience. I have been sufering with acne for a long time now, but recently it became severe and extremely painful. I have decided to come in for a consultation with Dr. Simon Zokaie and discuss possibility of starting roaccutane treatment. This was one of the best decisions I have made. This treatment takes a bit longer to complete, but it is so worth it. After 10 months of seeing Dr. Zokaie I am now spot free, not a single one can be found! After trying all other methods to heal my acne and nothing actually working, I have given up on truly being spot-free, but seeing Dr. Zokaie changed that. I was looking for haemangioma removal treatment and gladly came across Linia Clinic on Instagram, the staff especially Rebecca was really helpful and quick to respond all my questions and concerns before I make an appointment. This is my first ever video consultation with Dr Zokaie, it was extremely pleasant and I feel I can fully trust his medical knowledge and recommended plan for the treatment. Thank you :) Update: even though Dr Zokaie was unable to remove it completely, I felt the last treatment was a bit rush. However, I am still pleased to see an improvement on the area and he has referred another Dr. who might be able to help further. Please note that you have to pay £8 for the PPE on your last session which was not informed in the beginning.

I wanted a prescription for Isotretinoin to help clear up ongoing hormonal acne that I’d had for years. Linia provided this and it worked. I started in July during Covid and comms wasn’t great - took nearly a month with a lot of chasing to get my prescription sorted (via multiple methods email, phone, Healee app messages etc). Comms got better over the 7 months I was having treatment. Isotretinoin does work. If I’d had the patience to research other clinics etc I could have got better service for cheaper.

Life changing experience! After struggling with acne for 3-4 years and trying almost every product out there I finally took the decision to try roaccutane. It was something I had been putting off for a while due to the negative press it gets online but Dr. Zokaie was so assuring and informative upon my first consultation that I knew this would be the best option for me. He takes you through everything you would need to know and monitors your condition every 6 weeks with a blood test and breaks it all down for you. I have suffered with moderate acne for over 10 years and I can’t begin to tell you how much it affected me. Acne destroys your confidence in a way that’s so hard for people who don’t have it to understand. I hadn’t left the house without makeup on in 10 years, I used to turn down events if my skin was particularly bad that day, I would go to bed with foundation on when staying at a friends house. I wouldn’t dream of letting my closest family, friends and even my boyfriend see me without makeup on and I HATED looking at myself in the mirror. I tried various birth control, creams, antibiotics and nothing helped. I always felt like my doctors didn't take me seriously enough because it wasn't cystic acne. I would have done anything to fix it. So I did. I went to see Dr Zokaie and for the first time in my entire life - I had a doctor who listened to me. He didn't tell me my skin wasn't bad enough to go on Roaccutane. He saw how it was affecting me and how it wasn't going away no matter what I tried. Not only was he kind and empathetic but he was so knowledgable and I came away with answers to questions about my skin that no other doctor has been able to help me with. I was prescribed a course of Roaccutane and I am so so happy to say that 5 months in, IT HAS WORKED. Roaccutane has truly been a miracle for me. I won't lie and say that it was easy - I have a phobia of needles and it requires monthly blood tests, it makes your joints ache and it gives you incredibly dry skin. But it's so worth it. I would do it again in a heartbeat. I would highly highly recommend Linia Skin Clinic.
