One of the best decisions I've ever made was coming to this clinic. I decided to to see Oliver Barnett about four years ago with skin issues and just an overall feeling of being unwell. Within weeks of changing my lifestyle a bit and taking some recommended minerals and vitamins, I was on the road to feeling like myself again, my younger self:) I still refer back to his advice to this day. I have sincere gratitude for this practice.

I am so thankful to be working with Oliver. I have had digestive issues that I had been living with for over 15 years. Since working together with Oliver, all my digestive issues have subsided to a point where I feel like I am in my 20s again. I used to have painful swelling in my breasts before my periods, and used to have adult onset acne on my face constantly. Those too, have subsided. My skin is clear without using anything topically, and do not need to wear foundation, or tinted creams. I guess you really are what you eat. I had tried many routes and eating plans before over the years but had not gotten results close to the ones I am experiencing now. This has been brilliant and will definitely keep a long term relationship with Oliver.

My life has improved dramatically since working with the LCON. I had been diagnosed with an autoimmune disease 6months prior to contacting the clinic, and I was assigned to work with Dorian Soanes. I had long standing gut issues, my hair was falling out, my body ached and mentally I was not in a good place. Dorian has helped save my life. He is knowledgeable, empathetic, compassionate and encouraging. He recommended necessary testing in an attempt to address the root of the problem which were quick and simple to carry out. Together we were able to put my autoimmune condition into remission. I am in a much better place mentally, spiritually, physically and emotionally since working with Dorian. The investment in my health has been worth every penny. I have learned so much about myself through this process, and finding the clinic was like a glimmer of light in the darkness. From the very first contact I found the staff to be approachable and warm. They are easily accessible and offer continual support. I would rate this clinic outstanding.

Having historically sought advice from other practitioners in the field with little success, I found Oliver’s treatment transformative. He took a different approach, by listening to and working with me as a person (not just a ‘patient’ with a collection of symptoms), to systematically unravel a multi layered and complex set of issues. He helped me understand what an integrated approach meant, such as held trauma and Jungian analysis, and worked with me to bring healing in mind, body, and spirit. It wasn’t an easy journey - he was honest up front about the work and patience needed to start healing, and was supportive and available throughout the process. I would highly recommend LCON. Though I suffer with migraines, what I appreciated was the overall approach taken at the clinic. They don’t dismiss or focus on just one area but look at the big picture. Thanks to my practitioner Alina, my thyroid is being supported, I’ve lost weight for the first time in three years, my digestive and gut health has been radically improved. Last but not least Alina found the missing piece of the puzzle for why my migraines have tripled in the last two years. Well worth the phone call! Jacqui at London Clinic of Nutrition has quite literally changed my life. When you start off you get a massive in depth questionnaire that asks you all about your life and health. She saw things in my medical history that no doctor had. I knew I had PCOS, I had been pursuing a nutritional approach to resolving the symptoms. I wanted to have a baby. I had some success with it but unfortunately miscarried, I decided to get some expert help and within a month I was pregnant with my beautiful baby boy who is now nearly 6 months old and thriving. It isn’t just the big things that they help with, it’s the little daily things. I had been suffering from what the gp called IBS, that was resolved within a few weeks. I feel healthier than ever and I genuinely believe it has added years to my life. I have recommended to friends and family, one who is now in remission from a chronic autoimmune disease and another person in their 70s with COPD who says they feel young again. Life changing stuff!
