Highly Recommend Mr Pisal and London Gynaecology! I was recommended Mr Pisal by a few of my medical colleagues. From the first consultation - I knew I would be happy and comfortable under the care of Mr Pisal. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable and an excellent surgeon - he was patient, explained things thoroughly and put myself and my husband at ease. I was booked in for surgery swiftly within 2 weeks of my first consultation and was extremely happy with the minimal scarring and post surgical recovery- thanks to Mr Pisal’s meticulous surgical skills. I suffered no post op complications and was back to normal within 3 weeks! Being a doctor myself I’d like to say I thrive to be as Compassionate, Caring and Knowledgeable as Mr Pisal one day. A special thank you to the staff at London Gynaecology for their amazing care and for always greeting us with warmth and a smile :)

Easy to book- was able to get an appointment the same day. Tests were performed on site. No waiting. Staff were really friendly and professional. Mr Pisal was excellent. He listened and explained everything reassuringly. I would thoroughly recommend.

I had my operation in July 2021 at the Great Portland Hospital under the expert hands of Mr Pisal. The pre op consultation was professional and reassuring. My operation was successful and minimally invasive. Post operation care was excellent and I had a speedy full recovery. I highly recommend Mr Pisal for any gynaecological matters.

I had my first appointment at this clinic with Dr. Pisal and it was a positive experience (I normally dread these kind of appointments). Dr. Pisal was really lovely and made time to see me despite a mix up by the secretary who booked me in. I felt safe and in good hands all through my appointment. Absolutely superb. When my partner was first diagnosed with her ovarian cyst issue, we were extremely concerned as to what this could mean for her fertility. London Gynaecology were extremely helpful in explaining everything to us, and honestly were a life saver. She had quite a complex issue that under the NHS would most likely have been resolved in a way which would have been very detrimental to her fertility, however, the combined expertise in London Gynaecology were able to provide a solution that avoided this. Mr Narendra Pisal is absolutely amazing, I wish every consultant is like him - special thank you to Ms Michelle Swer and Mr Cesar Diaz-Garcia who were also extremely helpful in providing a solution to us. We are so fortunate a place like London Gynaecology exists :)

2.5-3 stars aggregate score. 5 stars for the people; Dr Evans and Dr Diaz were both excellent (thank you so much!) and the front desk staff were extra polite. Really good reminders about the appointments as well, and fast sharing of results. 1 star for billing: (a) they emitted to inform me that one of their doctors was not taking insurance (CIGNA) until after I left the appointment (and subsequently got slapped with a 240 pound bill) (b) they then proceeded to send an automated message less than a month later (I had to reach out to my insurance in the meantime, so hadn't yet answered) referencing a credit agency getting involved. There was no human contact involved at any point for me to explain the delay, just automated messages through the platform All-in-all, I wasn't planning to leave a negative review despite the considerable insurance slip-up, but the credit agency reference was shocking. Even though I am lucky to be comfortable enough to pay w/out waiting for my insurance, there are many people for whom an unexpected 240 pounds expense, through no fault of their own, is no joke. This is not the billing & customer service of a trusted doctor practice. I will thus not be returning. But they still get 3 stars for their employees
