I've been registered here for about 2.5 years. The best GP Surgery I have been to in my 10 years of experience. Reception staff always answered my phone and gave me prompt information and advice. I saw few different doctors and I was always pleased with the result and communication. Dr Sofiyah Ali and Ms. Zakya Dawood - you have always been in touch and I never felt like I needed to rush when I talk about my health, I appreciate it 💙 Unfortunately, I had to leave the area and therefore this practice, with great regret. I have to mention their “Dr.IQ app”, it is the best thing designed, I loved how easy was to check my results, health history and to be in touch with doctor via messenger 👍🏻 All the best! xxx

Mr. Qaes was super knowledgeable, professional and attentive. He called me and also gave me appointment super fast and has helped me get rid of awful daily migraines I used to have and always attentive for my symptoms or side effects. I've been at Mitchison Road for over 4 years now, and while it has always been a good service, in the past year it has become excellent. The Dr IQ app makes contacting the surgery incredibly easy; I have been able to speak to a pharmacist in minutes, and speak to one of their brilliant doctors by next day (shout out to Dr Ali who is the best GP I've seen in London). Nurses and reception staff are great too - friendly and informative.

I have had a wonderful experience as a new client of Mitchison Road Surgery! I wasn't sure at first how to register with a new clinic, but the online process was very quick and easy. I was approved right away and someone even gave me a phone call just to check in and see if I had any questions. I needed some basic antibiotics and I was able to do the online assessment, have it reviewed and prescribed, and pick up the prescription all within 2 hours. When I had to make my first appointment to come in, it was probably the fastest experience I have had booking any appointment in my life. I submitted the (non-urgent!) request through an app, it was approved about 1 minute later, and then I got a call about 1 minute later to confirm appointment times, and got a slot for first thing the next morning. I was honestly shocked at how quickly and smoothly everything went! Special shout-out to Haidar who processed my request at lightning speed and was very helpful on the phone! Would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a new clinic in the area.

Really lovely Practice. Every appointment I've had has been really pleasant and effective. All the GPs I've spoken to have been great and the reception staff was really helpful in chasing up delayed test results from my previous GP surgery. The female GPs in particular are very respectful, non-judgmental, caring and pretty funny too. Replies on the Dr.IQ app are crazy fast also. Big thumbs up, best Practice I've been a patient at!

I have been registered at the surgery for over a decade now. Great services and great staff. Always very helpful and curteous, the doctors take time to listen and explain throughly. I have always been able to get an appiontment within the week I've called as well as walk in when I've had urgent care needs. The staff really do go out of their way to help, yesterday Haidar emailed as well as call me twice to make sure I recieved documents I was waiting for before the end of the practice open hours. Very happy with the surgery and would highly recommend.

The doctors, nurses and reception staff are experienced, knowledgeable and friendly they have been wonderful in helping with the care of my family. they use Dr IQ which works well for example i did an online consultation at 9am and a doctor called me around 12pm to discuss. I've joined over a year and a half ago and although I was not very impressed at first, I can honestly say that now I love being with them. There has been a lost of positive change in the past 10 months, i.e. much more organised, faster and friendlier responses, taking the time to walk you through processes, referrals, always respecting your choices. Doctors and nurses are friendly, caring and knowledgeable. The entire team creates a safe environment and you just know your health and well-being actually matter. They became super digital over the past 4 months, during Covid, which is amazing. You just submit a request and its done within hours or even minutes. Same day appointments since the app, friendly conversations, good advice, prescription - if any - gets sent to your pharmacy of choice. It does take some time to get used to the app (Dr IQ) but once you do, it changes everything. They also offer support on how to use it, step-by-step, and are doing a great job at moderating it.

Probably best Surgery I've been ever part of while in London. I've been with them for a while now and it's been always a nice experience. I do appreciate their friendly kind ready-to-go-to-any-lengths-to-help staff. I recently needed to get to scan results that haven't reached me for quite a while for number of reasons. Called number of places and no one was willing to release them. Then Member of Staff at MRS offered help and chased it down. Mr Aziz was kind enough to call the right place and right people straight after we hang up and reassured I'll have my results on my email by the end of the same day, which I did. I've been in London for over 14 years now and never had level of care and service close to that provided at any GP practice. Thank you MRS!

This really is how it should be. doctor iq is amazing! I have to say the doctor iq app is revolutionary with the right people manning it! My sister is registerd here and i saw that she uses this app. A miracle happened last weekend. That miracles name is called Abdul. For the past couple of messages or i think theyre called consulttations my sister kept receiving really generic and bland replies. She is really ill and gets treatment at hospital. We needed to get in touch with her hospital as soon as possible. Abdul was the difference. He called us after finding out the name of her consultant and gave us 4 contact numbers and the secretarys email! Abdul my sisters appointment request at the hospital was accepted! You are a lovely young man<3. I hope you reply to all of our messages or whatever you call them haha
