The only Laser Hair Removal I have ever tried that actually WORKED!! I am very impressed and happy with the result. The clinic is very welcoming and clean. Ieva is amazing and always makes me feel very comfortable. Highly recommended!

I was referred to Moda Dona City salon by a friend. Have visited salon a number of times for laser hair removal and Plasma fibroblast treatments. I have decided to wait to see my final results to leave feedback. The level of tightening, lifting and rejuvenation after Plasma fibroblast treatment exceeded my expectations. The laser hair removal worked really well with noticeable results just after 3 treatments. Ieva is amazing! She’s extremely thorough, knowledgeable, listens to clients concerns and explains clearly everything before during and after procedure. Love this place!

100% recommend Moda Donna for laser hair removal. I’ve had multiple sessions and have never had any issues. The customer service is spot on: I am always made to feel comfortable at my appointments, my emails are responded to in a timely manner and I am able to reschedule my appointments easily if necessary. The main thing however… the treatment actually works!!! My legs are nearly, completely hairless!?! (I have 1 more left) My sessions were interrupted due to covid and lockdowns so I may have needed more because of this but I could not be happier with my results now. Will be going back for more treatments and have already recommended the company to my friends.

I had a lovely experience with this clinic. I have always enjoyed the conversation during my visit, being extremely kind and helpful when I have to rearrange the days of my appointment. Moreover, they take care of all the sanitiser needs that I feel very trustful and safe. I highly recommend this clinic for its warmness and kindness. However, I had 6 sessions and unlikely my result was not the expected due to the lockdown's restrictions did not allow me to go constantly. I believe is something related to the circumstances more than to the clinic, so I still recommend it!

Everyone is so nice and sweet. My only problem about this place is everytime I go for laser hair removal session, I get a different treatment. E.g. last month the lady spent effort and I saw the results, this month there is no difference. She was like touching my skin with a plastic. Legs are ok but if you are looking for a place for bikini and underarms area this is not the best. I have enough knowledgr to compare the difference between another place or session. I only see the results from last month. I went last week. Not even one single hair. No difference at all. Edit: I understand your point but bikini area can't take 10 seconds as I know-saw from other places. It may take longer to disapper for hairs but an area session shouldn't finish in 10 seconds. And a couple of my sessions are wasted because of that. No difference is not because of only hair also because of the effort that some of the ladies spent on the area.

overall, they are good. have to agree on the phone situation: it does drive you mad when they don't pick up for a number of days in a row. They do reply to my text - with some lag, but they do. Very rarely - to my emails. However, if you do get hold of the reception - they are very friendly and nice. Prices are decent, the place is clean and very well organised. I did multiple laser sessions and I have to say that the initial girl they had, Margarita, was amazing - very thorough and you saw reduction in hair regrowth from the first session. Since she left, I have had two different girls, who each claim to have their own "method" of doing things - and they deliberately avoid some tricky areas (like knees, etc.) At the end of the day - you hair grows sporadically and the areas which they avoid are regrowing as normal. I start thinking this is intentional - to keep you coming back and buying more sessions. This is annoying. Where is your lovely Margarita?..

Great place to come in for your laser hair removal. The girls who work here are friendly and do a great job. They accommodated me to switch areas in the middle of the package because I was moving (instead of lip I did chin). Price is right. I would recommend making appointments in advance since they get busy.
