I did my fit-to-fly test with this clinic and they were brilliant from start to finish. I emailed twice with qs and they called me back within a few hours. On the day itself there were delays on trains getting into London and they were incredibly helpful in rescheduling me. Would 100% recommend. Everyone I dealt with was kind and helpful. Fantastic.

I have found My Healthcare Clinic by searching for a good private doctor on Google, this practice had one of the best reviews so I decided to make my first appointment which was half price of the regular price. My appointment wasn't rushed, everything was explained so precisely. The doctor took time to understand my family history as well as any past problems with my health. I was so impressed after my first appointment that I decided to join the clinic as a member with my partner. The monthly payments are affordable for anyone. The reception is very quick in answering the phone calls and I got my appointments for the next day! I already recommended the clinic to my friend which is getting nowhere with her public GP. Dr Patel is amazing, very patient and professional. I would highly recommend this practice!

The service provided at MyHealthcare is truly excellent. I am a dental patient there and I could not fault the service and quality of their approach. My family have been using MyHealthcare for the past 18 months and we find it offers outstanding service and value. It has been a huge success for all of us. My wife is very pleased indeed with the levels of care and service she has received. My daughter, who was a nervous dental patient before starting at MyHealthcare, now is very relaxed about visiting the dentist. So all round we give MyHealthcare five stars, and would highly recommend this to friends and family. We are based north of the river, so if there are any plans to open in SW6, SW10 or SW3 that would be an added bonus!!

MyHealthcare clinic is our go to Practice. We can always get an appointment, the clinic is sleek and professional, and everyone from receptionists to hygienists and doctors is extremely friendly and good at what they do. I always bring our baby son here first because we have a longer consultation and the environment just feels better for him. When I had a chest infection, the follow-up care was also excellent. Our whole family is now a member and when my mother visits from overseas -she wants to come here! Cannot recommend them enough.

My Healthcare Clinic provides a superb service! I can’t recommend it more! I subscribed to the GP as well as to the dentist service and this is the best money that I have ever spend! Doctors are extremely knowledgeable and do their best to help (thank you Dr.Patel). I was surprised to have the results of my Blood test the very next day and have a full health check test included in the welcoming package. Receptionists are very kind and friendly and always try to accommodate the appointments at the time that suits me best. This is the very best Healthcare service that I have experienced so far and I hope they can open soon more clinics like this around London and beyond.

I only visited for a single GP appointment, but it was probably the best doctor's appointment I've ever had — popped in at 3.45pm and had an appointment scheduled for 4.20pm, then Doctor Kai spent almost an hour going of my entire history (we were scheduled to talk for 30 minutes). The surgery is very well laid out with a coffee bar and the receptionists and staff are friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended!

I have had a number of visits to the MyHealthcare clinic and its been a good experience. The dental work I have had done so far, appears to be of a high standard and has been almost pain free. My dentist has been particularly welcoming. He's explained about each procedure prior to carrying out the work, and the advice he has offered has appeared sincere. Occasionally, there have been some delays whilst having treatment, but given a choice, I would much prefer to continue using myHealthcare compared to my local nhs dentist. Chris.

I have had many treatments with Zain and I can honestly say he is one of the best dentists I have come across. I must say that this has been one of the best dental experiences I have ever had... and I have changed dentists a few times now! Zain is a fantastic dentist who explains, shows and gives reasons to why certain procedures are required so that you fully understand what dental work is being undertaken at all times. He pays great attention to detail and takes pride in his work so will spend whatever time required to ensure that not only he is happy with the outcome but that you are also happy. I found that he will not recommend anything that is unnecessary and will only suggest what is required. From my initial meeting with Dr Patel the GP I felt so pleased I had made the decision to become a member he was so professional caring knowledgable and reassuring. I have used their hygienist service as a member and was very impressed. I recently went for a routine dental check up with Dr El Jabouri. I had had some pain and he quickly picked up on the fact that I had a serious dental issue which they were able to refer me immediately to the dental surgeon to deal with. I didn't have to wait and was seen on the day within the hour. The professionalism of all the healthcare team and even the receptionists is absolutely first class nothing is too much trouble and the standard of care and advice is impeccable. The value of all the services is also exceptional. I'm now signing my husband up and two friends who live in North London are so impressed they are looking into becoming members and travelling across town as the treatment customer service and value is unbeatable.

Joining My Healthcare Clinic (Battersea Reach) was an extremely positive decision. Working shifts, it is often difficult to see a medical practitioner however, here, I am able to see a Doctor when I choose at a time that suits me. The facilities offered are extensive and include Nursing and Dental services (again which suit my needs perfectly). The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming and the environment calming and relaxing. The entire team work well together rather than as separate entities making overall care planning more effective and efficient. I've been a client for a couple of years now and received nothing but excellent service. Appointments are easy to arrange, usually on the same or next day. The staff are very friendly. I've found the GPs to have a great attitude and they've been attentive during sessions and follow up emails. The subscription fee is very reasonable and includes an annual checkup.

It was so fast, from my swab to the results half an hour even less, it was not busy maybe that's why was so fast but nevertheless very efficient. A bit hard to find I was looking for it for like 15min going around the building, but for anyone else who needs is on the first floor in the Novotel hotel building, just inside.

Appointments are easy to book especially early ones for pre work, school etc and if there isn't availability the ladies on reception try their hardest to find a solution. Have just signed up for annual membership with MyHealthcare Clinic. We have had two separate appointments with our son to see GP's at MyHealthcare Clinic. For both appointments, we phoned in the morning and a same day appointment was scheduled for us (so no wait). Both Dr. Patel and Dr. Webster were fantastic and examined our son thoroughly before making a diagnosis. They took their time and explained exactly the course of action they were proposing. It was such a different experience from what we have come to expect from our previous GP's. Every time I go there, people at the reception are very nice and friendly. Doctors I saw were very kind and gave me very good advice. When I had my annual health check up, the doctor examined me very carefully and asked a lot of questions about my health then I got good advice from him. I really appreciated this. Sometimes even I telephoned to ask something and they said that they would call me back however I have a few occasion that nobody had called me back. I thought my message didn`t get through or forgotten and I had to call back again. This is the only minor thing and I am very happy other thing.

Outstanding! I took two of my children for their chicken pox vaccines recently (both under 3yrs) and the care we received was simply fantastic. The doctors/nurses were incredibly experienced and provided all the information I needed. Coming to my Healthcare Clinic is a truly unique experience. You enter a lovely, welcoming environment and are greeted with bright smiles. As an expat who has enjoyed the healthcare of many different countries, such as Germany, the Netherlands, and Canada, I must say that my experience at MyHealthcare Clinic has surpassed them all. This clinic takes the time needed to get to know its patients (my consultation lasted a good 45 minutes). No rush, no shortcuts. I was finally able to get a complete blood count immediately and affordably with next-day results! I cannot overstate how much time Dr. Patel and his team have given me and how protected I have felt in their care. I was advised of the best treatment for me, I wanted implants and was told by the SNR dentist that there was no need for implants and recommended a treatment that cost me a considerable lot less , with the same stunning outcome. It is a very clean practice and the office staff are incredibly attentive. We're so impressed that I think we may also start seeing the dentist at this practice rather than our regular dentist. The parking is a bit of a nightmare though so get someone to drop you off if you do attend.

I have been MyHealthcareClinic patient (Wandsworth, Dentist) for about 9 months. In my 50s, I’ve had my fair share of dentists and I know how hard is to find top professionals. Before I go into details on how and why, here is the gist of it: Dr Jassar El Jabouri (Lead Dentist) and Mr Theo Sioutis (Dental Surgeon) are the best dental specialists I’ve come across; they aren’t just “top” at what they are doing, but they also make sure you know what, why and how things are done. Also, the dentist assistant, Anna, makes the team work really well. And not to forget, at the forefront of MyHealthcareClinic, Lilly and Naomi, efficiently and friendly, will help you sort out everything, from first visit to a convenient appointment. For those who want more details why I think so highly of these guys, here are the facts. Almost a year ago, through my own fault and some bad dentistry over the years, I found myself in acute need of implants. I went for a few “second opinions”, including MyHealthcareClinic. What struck me at MyHealthcareClinic was the very open and honest assessment done by their lead dentist, Dr Jassar El Jabouri. He not only did a fair and thorough medical assessment, but also was willing and open in answering all my questions, including some awkward ones about costs. His medical assessment and treatment plan were so spot on, that when new bad things turned up a few months later he’d already covered them in the plan. He introduced me to the surgeon, Mr Theo Sioutis, who is a real wizard. It’s hard to put my finger on what makes him so good, but everything he’s done, extraction of a broken and rotten tooth, the surgery to place the implants in and all the after-care, everything turned out to be perfect. I’ve been also lucky that both of them were assisted by Anna, who is so efficient and observant, always ready for the next procedural step. Now my worries are that these specialists might get poached by someone else and I end up again on a quest to find someone as good as they are. As the clinic itself, first of all it is placed in a nice location on the South bank of the river Thames, in the modern development stretching from Wansdsworth towards Battersea. It is very clean, tidy and spacious, with modern and comfortable furniture and all the mod cons, plus some well looked after orchids. Still, their best assets are Lily and Nayomee who in a quiet, friendly and efficient way, keep the business running, re-assuring visitors they are in very good hands.

Had to get a covid test as a couple of people at work tested positive. Booking was done through the phone as website did not work, maybe due to an same day booking. However got the appointment with in 2 hours. Location, directions, parking and access etc all good. Could have been more safe, polite and professional while checking inn at the reception. Did not see anyone cleaning the door handle as a high touch point while i was there for 20 minutes. Considering potential +ve patients are walking in and out, this should have been a priority. Booking in was fine as just asked to fill a form and wait. Not too long wait as i was called through for the test. It was an invasive test, by the nature of it , so was a bit uncomfortable. Got the results with in 24hrs as opposed to 48hrs of the PCR test, reducing isolation time.

Zeena went way beyond the call of duty to achieve perfection with my front crowns that cost her time and effort but she would not let me leave with anything other than 10/10 standards.
