I've been to see Natali twice now and honestly cannot say enough good things. The clinic is absolutely stunning and you immediately feel relaxed once you step inside. All of the staff I have met have been exceptionally lovely and friendly. Natali herself is very obviously an expert in her field. She is so reassuring and gentle, talks you through everything she is recommending and doing. I am absolutely thrilled with my results and look forward to future visits to the clinic.

Today I had the most amazing experience. From the Moment the door opened I received the best customer care . I had a treatment done that I’m very happy with the results , I brought skin care to take home … they have the best of the best machines , techniques and products. All the team are extremely knowledgeable and there experience shows . I've been to Natali three times now (for lip fillers) and I'm still so impressed by how natural the result is. I had extremely thin, small lips before and was certain a natural result was impossible. But her work and expertise really speaks for itself. She is so thorough with explaining her technique, never overfills, and has such a delicate hand. My lip journey has been so gradual and subtle that no one has asked me if I'd had work done, I just get so many compliments! Also, her new clinic is heavenly. Thank you Natali!

Natali is professional, friendly and has a genuine interest to make you feel your best. She is great at what she does. Natali was very patient with explaining the treatments and giving advice on which treatments would be best for me. I am absolutely terrified of needles and I was feeling very faint after the first treatment, but Natali was extremely careful and patient with me while we waited until I felt better. We didn't go ahead with the second treatment because I felt too faint, and she recommended I come back for the second treatment if I felt comfortable in the future. The entire experience was very professional and the whole team treated me nicely. The clinic itself is very clean and calming, the waiting area is nicely styled and brings a very calming feeling. I will likely go again for a top-up and for my second treatment, despite feeling very faint after the first one. I felt the treatment gave great results and I have already highly recommended Natali to a few friends.

I love the Natali Kelly Clinic! Natali has a holistic and comprehensive approach to achieve the best outcome for you, and guides you with her expertise and advice, sometimes even compromising her own profit (I.e doesn’t encourage expenditure unnecessarily) which I feel is very honourable and has allowed me to build great patient-practitioner rapport with Natali. For example, during my initial consultation Natali advised that one of the treatments I was looking would have minimal effect. I began visiting Natali at her previous clinic, which was lovely, however her flagship clinic bordering Chelsea and Knightsbridge is gorgeous, with a peaceful zen-like atmosphere. Sophie greeted me upon arrival and was very warm and professional, offering me hand sanitizer and checking my temperature prior to my consultation- reinforcing their professionalism. I have booked in with the gorgeous Jodie this Friday for a treatment which I am very much looking forward to - her treatment list is super enticing ! Jessica

I booked an appointment with Natali Kelly for an eye brow lift and had an excellent experience with Natali and her team. The clinic was very clean and professional, the team were so welcoming which made me feel at ease. As soon as i arrived (jodie) welcomed me and gave me some medical forms to complete. I then had a consultation with Natali who went through all the details of the treatment and answered my questions. She really made me feel calm and comfortable. I had Ultracel Q+ which is an amazing treatment Natali offers and achieved really good results! i would definitely come back to see Natali and would highly recommend her to friends and family. On arrival I was greeted by a lovely assistant (Selwa) on front desk. I completed some medical forms and Natali then came out to see me shortly after. Once in the treatment room, Natali asked me what my main concerns where and then discussed options with me. Natali suggested a two stage approach to ensure I achieved the best results, maintaining a natural but enhanced look. She explained the treatments in great detail and took some before photos of my face. She 'marked up' the photos so I could visually see what she was going to do before we proceeded. We started with the Ultracel Q+ treatment to my lower face. Natali checked in to make sure I was comfortable as she performed the treatment. It was pain free and I was at complete ease. Natali took some afters and then showed me the comparison photos. The results from just my first treatment are insane! It's really helped tighten my jowls and neck/chin and in turn has given an effect that I have more sculpted cheeks. After the treatment I could feel some aching in the area - it felt like I'd just done a workout on my face. I could feel the changes then and there. Natali went through the aftercare with me and I receive a document via email confirming these points too which was super helpful. Natali also did my Botox and some dermal filler to the nasal folds and lip to balance out some unevenness. I'm very happy with the improved symmetry of my face. I'll definitely be booking to go back for the second part of my treatment plan, which is possibly another Ultracel Q+ (Natali said I can check in with her in 2-3 months because this treatment continues to work on the collagen etc post treatment and may not be necessary) and then dermal filler to my mid face if required. Natali is a skin expert to so I may choose to include something to help give my skin a glow. Overall I had an amazing experience, very professional, lovely clinic, clean and friendly. I'd recommend friends and family to see Natali without question!

I was born with very thin lips and had wanted to get them done for so many years, but was terrified of ending up with a fake looking result. A close friend of mine started getting her lip fillers with Natali and I witnessed the amazingly natural results on her, and soon booked my own appointment. The consultation was a short chat with Natali about my goals, to which she gave me her insight and took pictures to illustrate her points. The injections themselves were practically painless - you can tell she has a very gentle hand and did a lot to ensure I was relaxed. She stopped a number of times during to ask me to pout and smile, I guess this was to make sure she maintained a natural result in every sense. She also pointed out I had a slight imbalance in my lips that she fixed. After swelling for a couple of days, and absolutely ZERO bruising, I am so happy with my results. It's been such a subtle change but has done so much for my face already. I am following her advice of waiting a couple of months to return but I am booking my next appointment immediately. She takes time to go through your concerns, tells you what you need with honesty and would never try to upsell you anything you don’t need (which I’ve found with other salons in the past) . I found Natali by chance when another practitioner messed up my lip fillers. Not only did she fix the issue, she took over and I have gone to her and only her since. For filler, botox and treatment of keloid scarring there is noone I would recomend more! Very professional and gentle.. she is very precise and skilled. Best in London for sure!
