Excellent treatment with Paula. I have an old injury on one hamstring and it led to pain along the leg. Physio and massages helped but the pain was always there. After the acupuncture treatment, the pain is gone (the old injury is still there of course, but not the collateral stress). It is a very surprising feeling. Paula managed to find how to release the tension which was in this area.

I was very lucky to find this excellent centre and had an amazing session with Ellen one of the excellent practitioners who is very kind, empathetic and knowledgeable. She gave me an excellent restorative massage using aromatherapy oils to assist with restoring my energy levels and targeting specific issues. It was deeply relaxing and the reflexology was also great to help with unblocking energy points and channels to create better energy flows. I feel so much lighter both physically and mentally when the session finishes. The whole experience feels very nurturing and supportive.

Paula is a very kind and sweet person. She went out of her way to rearrange her schedule to fit me in for a last minute appointment. The acupuncture session was amazing followed by a lovely relaxing massage. She also emailed me some things to read up on regarding my health and well being. Would definitely recommend :)

Paula is a kind, empathetic and knowledgable practitioner. She took a holistic approach, aiming to treat the whole system. She tailored the treatment to suit my individual needs and was also able to give advice in regards to diet, sleep and overall wellbeing which was very much appreciated. Hurt my back at the gym lifting some weights. Justina was very gentle and informative with what she was doing. She has given me loads of advice and exercises to do while in between sessions After 3 sessions I am feeling the progress. Would recommend her to anyone
