Most of the bad reviews here are about the doctors and not the hospital itself, there's a difference! I had my consultation done with a private doctor who then booked a slot at this hospital to perform my surgery. I had my surgery done in May and the service I received was 10/10. Very friendly staff and very clean. I was seen on time, the amazing team triple checked important stuff like any allergies I had and so on. I was naturally a bit scared and everyone was so so gentle throughout the whole process. I woke up feeling a bit nauseous, nurse Kyiomi was lovely and stayed in the room with me the whole time until I was discharged. I was also given extra bandages as my wounds were bleeding a bit. My surgeon was Prof Marcos Sforza, he is an amazing plastic surgeon. My whole experience with the hospital and the Doctor was faultless.

Recently had BA with One health medical Hammersmith. What an amazing experience. So happy with my results and even more pleased with how good they treat their patients. I was greeted with smiles and laughter when I walked through the door. From the minute I walked through the door to the minute I left I was treating amazingly. One health Hammersmith is so clean and welcoming. Had my BA with Dr. Giuseppe who has done a great job and I am so pleased to finally have the breasts I want. My PA Rebecca Taylor was so good and got back to every little question I had for her silly or not. She has phoned me many of times to answer any queries I had even on her days off. I can't thank the staff enough for giving me the best experience after being so nervous to finally go through with this surgery. Will definitely be recommending to friends and family. Excellent care and communication from very beginning to end. Rebecca provided a professional service which also felt personal offering excellent advice, information and reassurance and any questions would always contact me back and keep me informed of the next stage of the process. Dr Sulaiman explained my procedure and showed me before and after photographs of similar procedures involving liposuction. I was given realistic expectations and following my procedure my results exceeded these and I was impressed with the final results. When I arrived at the hospital for my operation I was nervous but staff were reassuring and supportive all the way through. One health work as a team and provide support from the beginning of the process all the way through to the end including excellent aftercare. I would definitely recommend one health following my experience.

I had a breast enlargement, I just wanted to update everyone I am now almost 2 years post op. I am soo pleased with the results and the scars have improved soo much I can bearly see them. Look very natural and of course it takes a year to look natural and perfect, I love it and I'm so happy I got the result that I wanted. The staff were lovely throughout the whole process, I totally recommend them.

Dr Hassan Suliman is lovely along with Becca (received a lovely card) and Fay and another nurse whose name has escapes me. ( Had my surgery April 2018). I called today to book a one year follow up and the receptionist whose name is Gill was so abrupt, telling me to call back in half an hour as I couldn't remember what my surgeons name was . Why she could not have looked me up on the database beggars belief! I to work in this service and the attitude from her was not great!! Dr Suliman is now retired apparently so you can now only see him on a Sunday which is a bit annoying as having to travel to the same area you literally work in. :-(

Excellent service once you get past the patient coordinator who is completely disorganised, pushy and gives out the wrong information. However, the medical staff are welcoming, professional and reassuring. I had a great experience here and my surgery went excellent. From the anesthesist to the surgein to the nursing staff. The receptionists are kind and helpful and the aftercare is very good.

I have visited the centre in portsmouth today for my Breast augmentation consultation. I can honestly say how friendly, lovely the staff were and the atmosphere (beautiful clinic.) Gail was my advisor and mentor and Dr perrone was the surgeon I met very professional and make sure you leave fully happy with your decisions and they do not push anything on you money wise or to make any sort of decision there and then. I got given full information leaflets and spoke with Gail for over an hour till i all my questions were answered and that I was fully satisfied..
