I recently had a blood test with Optimale and the whole experience was seamless from start to finish. The venous blood test kit turned up a couple of days after I ordered, and then I gave Optimale a call to book in a time for their nurse to come and take my blood. Their nurse Graeme came to my home, and immediately put me at ease - he is very friendly and chatty, which took my mind off the process, making it quick and pretty much pain free. After he left I popped my blood sample in the post and a few days later Optimale contacted me with my results - luckily I won't need any further treatment, which is a relief!

I am a cancer survivor and require TRT post head and neck radiotherapy. For years my TRT was run by the NHS who I am certainly not knocking however when it comes to TRT they are light years behind Optimale. In short switching over to Optimale to manage my TRT has been life changing not only are my testosterone levels vastly improved and steady my blood work is far healthier too. No more peaks and troughs no more weeks of feeling miserable. The effect this has had on my well-being is profound. The service provided by Alastair and Dr Airey is outstanding above all else they listen and they care. If you use Optimale which I highly recommend then expect a professional service where advice and help is always on handy; any emails I send are very quickly answered and reordering your prescription could not be easier.

I am 1 month into treatment, but almost 2 months into communications with OptiMale. The service has been excellent. Most of the communication has in fact been with the owner/ managing director himself, and there is next to no delay on getting responses back from emails. I bombarded him and OptiMale with questions pre-treatment and purchases, but always received the same high quality of service. Their patient subscription system infrastructure also works very well, and makes tracking payments and due dates very easy. Highly Recommended. Having now used Optimale, including initial Doctor Consultation appointment, for over 3 months, I can wholeheartedly recommend the service. Starting TRT has been one of the best decision of my life and TRT under Optimale tutelage is easy, effective and very safe. The staff is great, with excellent communication skills, patience and any question is answered promptly and fully. All the meds are high quality, never short in supply (even during lockdown) and the blood test is every six month and comprehensive to make sure everything is running the way it should be. A special thank to Alastair whose customer service is simply out of the chart. P.S. I have just done a six month blood test check. Once again, the company showed what they are made of. The results were given back to me in less than 48 hrs, Charlotte told me about the results, asked me questions (numbers are just one part of the equation) and then we decided how to move from there. Everything was done within 24 hrs from having received the results. Outstanding.

The TRT protocol I'm on via Optimale has positively changed my life. The customer liaison has been really attentive to my needs, as have the doctors I've consulted with during my initial consultation and later checkups. They were happy to change treatment protocol and advise me on ancillary treatments should I need/want them (I've not needed anything yet thankfully, but it's nice to know they'd be accommodating should the circumstance arise! - I've heard horror stories on various forums of other practitioners denying their patients ancillary treatments!) I would definitely recommend getting your levels checked without reservation if you think you have cause for concern! My only regret is not getting my levels checked earlier and feeling like I had a few years of the best years of my life running at 60% capacity...

Life Changing. I know that sounds slightly sycophantic and probably over dramatised somewhat, but my symptoms were tell tale signs that something was not right. After extensive research, discussions, tests and support, I can wholeheartedly recommend you take at least their blood tests to make sure your hormone levels are in check. I lived with the symptoms for years, battling all sorts of issues, and whilst CBT helped, the GPs were just keen on prescribing medication to numb the symptoms rather than address the root cause. That's not a disservice to the wonderful NHS, they just are not up to speed with this particular treatment. Since undertaking my treatment with Optimale I can categorically say that I am feeling better, my CBT sessions have reflected that as well (I still am undertaking CBT, but less frequently as a result). It's not a magic recipe, that will solve all your ailments but it will put you on the path of being better. My hormone balance was all over the place and now it's stable - optimised even! The regular blood work they do to make sure you're ok is also very comforting. You can also keep it private between you and the clinic, or you can give them permission to give this treatment to your GP - the power is in your hands. I've got a way to go to be back to how I was, but I am definitely feeling more like my old self already. Honestly, if you have any of the symptoms listed, get yourself a check because it could just be something that can be fixed that the GPs would never pick up on. Furthermore the customer service, pre/post treatment is second to none.
