A. S.Hi, I went today. The staff were extremely detailed in their talks and caring, they make it essential that your benefits come before that of the medication or any sexual health agenda (which I've found at other places). The only thing that could be improved is the phone waiting time but, as other than that, the very clean and great staff :)
K.The staff here are really friendly and approachable. I came here for contraception, and the doctor I saw was very thorough in explaining each option. She took the time to answer the 100s of questions I had, whilst using mini plastic models to demonstrate how different contraceptive methods work. I was pleasantly surprised that I was able to walk away with my birth control (pill) the same day that I came, without needing a prescription.
B. R.I came to the clinic to get my implant removed and to find out about other contraception. I usually go to my GP at home, but as I am studying in London, and could not take time to go home, I decided to go here through a friend recommending it to me. The clinic was very clean and well presented. The reception staff were all very nice and welcoming. Within the waiting room, it was private, and full of information all over the place, leaflets, posters etc. They call you into the room via a clinic number, and I loved this idea, as they are very confidential when it comes to your records and why you are there.
I then went in to the room where waiting were two doctors, one training. The trainee was extremely nice! So friendly and comfortable to talk to about anything. Both ladies were really smiley and lovely to talk to. Such a pleasant experience!
The toilets were immaculate, and overall, the experience was amazing! I'd definitely recommend this clinic to anyone!
K. S.Service level is high. Though you'll have to wait when you go in for walk in "appointment" but they inform you about every step on the way, what will happen and how and why. The doctors and the nurses are informative, friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend this clinic to everyone who cares about their own and other's well being.
