It has been my great good fortune to have attended Primo Herb clinic several times for many years. Dr Jay is not only well qualified in Chinese medicine and complimentary therapies he is also incredibly kind and compassionate. His colleague, Lisa, is a wonderful massage therapist and their combined talents have greatly helped me through inexplicable painful times, I really cannot commend their services enough. The clinic is clean and very peaceful.

Nice acupuncture place. Not luxurious, but pleasant enough. Friendly staff and helpful therapist. The relaxing music in the atmosphere helps a lot to get relaxed during the session. My only complaint is about the massage table, it is very uncomfortable, specially to lie down for half an hour or more. I'm pregnant, so maybe that's why I felt more discomfort, but anyway, I think it should be more comfy. Otherwise the place is lovely and the therapy is helping a lot with my issues.

I went for a 60 minute full body massage and it was one of the best massages I have ever had. I have been quite stressed lately with a lot of tension in my shoulders and this massage completely rejuvenated me, I felt very relaxed afterwards. I highly recommend this place, the staff is friendly and professional and the ambiance is perfect. Will definitely be back!

Absolutely love going here. The treatments I get are accupuncture, massage, and cupping. Have been going regularly either as an immunity boost, or when I have specific ailments like illness, joint pain, mood, etc. Jay does all types of treatments and is fantastic. Lisa is a very talented masseuse and she’s wonderful too. I leave feeling like a new woman- healthy, relaxed and rejuvenated. Highly recommend!

Pleasant relaxing music is on in the background. Everything is creating to provide customers with relaxing atmosphere. Never reviewed somewhere before, but I must for this amazing place. I booked a massage, cupping and acupuncture treatment via Groupon and got an appointment for four days later, I am amazed at the value as it was only £32 and included so much. I have daily chronic pain, and I have left feeling so incredibly relaxed. The man who did my treatment asked me about what area I would like to be worked on, and was very friendly. I have never felt this relaxed before, it was worth the money 100%!!! The treatment room is nice and warm, and relaxing music is played, I nearly fell asleep several times. I have now booked two further treatments, and expect that I will book more again in the future, if you are reading this.. BOOK AN APPOINTMENT NOW!! You will not regret it!

I have been coming here for months now, I like to come for a massage at least once a week. I usually get the acupuncture cupping and tui na massage. It is so helpful for my back pain. Especially when you have specific spots. Jay is literally a magician when it comes to massage. I wish I can give more than 5 stars I love this place so much. And so helpful and so honest to.

Highly recommend. Excellent customer service and treatments. Jay and the rest of the staff are fantastic, they really care about each clients needs and go the extra mile when needed. Laser lipo - definitely works, tummy has gone in especially the stubborn areas of fat, that no workout or diet will change! The allergy test was 100% correct as I avoided certain foods from the test results and have seen a drastic change overall. Thank you guys!

A friend introduced Dr Jay, and Dr jay suggested to have the acupuncture with medical Masage, and after few sessions I feel much better. I found them through TREATWELL, and I did few sessions of facial acupuncture with Dr Jay, my face is a getting darker when I start smoking. Dr Jay did facial acupuncture, mask and massage with cream. he is really brilliant, my skin is getting much better, more shine, and brighter. Now I go to see him every 3-4 weeks. Highly recommended.
