I and my family have been happily receiving what can only be described as a GOLD STAR SERVICE from the Rutland House Surgery since 2001. Both its Doctors and Staff have always been helpful, insightful, polite and ready to go above and beyond to resolve many a situation. This has continued to be the case recently over the past few difficult years and also whilst the merger with the Queens Avenue Practice has taken place. It is a great Practice and long may it continue to be.

Amazingly helpful. The receptionists are really helpful -and sensitive - they go out of their way to help and suggest next steps. Doctors really, really good - phone you when they say they will, proactive.

I have experienced nothing but the highest standard of service over the past 30 years or so. The doctors, especially Dr Hatjiosef have looked after me with professionalism and compassion . Latterly, our NHS has been under huge pressure and I appreciate our GP's are being pushed to the limit . As a patient, I have always tried to keep healthy , and followed any guidance regarding my well being . Doctors cannot be responsible if patients do not collaborate . We can all do a great deal to help ourselves , in most circumstances. The current and past practice nurses have also played a vital role in helping me with the many injuries and conditions I have presented them with . Our NHS health teams deserve encouragement and praise for all they do ,often under stressful circumstances.

Tulay Demirel I am extremely grateful with Rutland GP surgery. I have been registered with the surgery for 8 years. I have always been able to secure an emergency appointment on the day needed, and receiving telephone consultations from doctors who really care about me and arrange the necessary hospital appointment and tests. Recently I got sick, they have been taking good care of me very well. I received call from my doctors regularly with extremely professional manner including care and respect. I really appreciated and benefited from this. I wish to compliment Dr Lefley, Dr Davis, Dr Koch and Dr Cooke. My experience was outstanding

Went to get phone number to arrange my Covid jab today and saw headline negative reviews so had to comment since this has been my GP for 20 years. Reception: always v. knowledgeable and helpful NEVER not so. Dr H and others always v. good and no delay in appointments and sorted out many of my and my familiy's health issues. Nothing but praise from this patient for a v.well run GP practice

I have not been a patient here long but have found all the staff pleasant and helpful.I phoned for an appointment last week and was seen within the hour although I had not requested an urgent appointment, very glad it was so quick because i was in a lot of pain. The doctor was helpful ,understanding and knowledgeable .What more can you ask of a GP surgery . Very pleased with them Have now been a patient for a few years and they have been excellent everytime I have to visit and telephone consultations are very good. I have never had a long wait for an appointment,usually get seen the day I phone and no long waits in the waiting room. Excellent service

BEST NURSE BY FAR I have been using Rutland House's surgery for years and years but, by far and away, their major asset is resident nurse and all-round lovely lady, Barbara Botsford who is the best practitioner of nursing duties ne plus ultra. She is careful, considerate, cheerful, kind, professional to a tee and when it comes to matters concerning ears an unapologetic expert! She has been treating my ears for 'ears and ears' (excuse the pun) and what she displays in her knowledge is matched by the manner in which she will handle the very delicate (and potentially dangerous) matter of syringing ears of wax build-up. However, the way that she approaches this is with extreme caution, pronounced experience and meticulous devotion to ensuring a safe and effective outcome. I can safely say she is worth her slender weight in gold and she is also one of the most wonderful ladies I have encountered in this field. She is a credit to medicine, to Rutland House, to nursing and to otological excellence! If you are wary of having ears treated or any other sensitive matter, have no hesitation and go book an appointment with Nurse Barbara... Richard G

Some years ago I reviewed this practice and said it was adequate. Since then it has been transformed. Receptionists are friendly and helpful. Appointment are easy to make. I have recently seen three separate doctors and they have listened carefully and given me excellent care and advice. I cannot praise this practice enough. Btw the practice nurse Barbara is also very good and full of beans!
