I was having such terrible headaches, gut and digestive issues, neck and back pain and general anxiety and nausea and it had been going on for over a year. I'd been trying everything to get rid of these symptoms which are so painful and exhausting. Since seeing Sarah for acupuncture for a couple of months the headaches have surpassed and the gut issues are so much better. She has such a calming and safe practice space and is so warm. She really listens to you and takes care to consider the absolute right process for you as an individual. I cannot recommend her highly enough if you are considering alternative medicine!

Sarah’s Accupuncture has cured my migraines. It’s been a miraculous experience. I was enduring up to 3 migraines a month since I was 11 years old. Sarah gave me an initial consultation and from there she worked on areas that would help. My life has been transformed thanks to Sarah! The room is lovely, and Sarah and her space are such a happy place to escape to for some self care. Just brilliant I would highly recommend Sarah!

I have been visiting Sarah for the last year to help with fertility issues and I can thoroughly recommend her services. Sarah really takes her time to get to know you and your issues which was great as I never had to repeat myself, which I really appreciated as it felt much more intimate that way rather than just being A N Other patient. Sarah's acupuncture sessions really did become a highlight of my week as I found them so relaxing and worthwhile. My monthly cycles regulated and my sleep issues also improved which I believe was helped by my time with Sarah. I think it's also fair to say Sarah became my part-time therapist during my sessions, as well as providing me with helpful nutritional information, so I cannot recommend her highly enough!

I commend Sarah Haddon-Grant as an acupuncturist. I have had the benefit of extensive acupuncture both in the UK and in mainland China. Sarah displayed a high standard of listening skills, diagnostic ability and compassion. Treatment is precise and less painful than a Covid jab. In terms of evidence, I can attest that on occasion I felt a sensation of immediate release through the whole 'channel'; from abdomen to foot. I have loved being treated by Sarah for the last few months. I’ve found coming to her treatment room something I’ve really looked forward to when it’s been booked in. Sarah has a very calm, understanding and nurturing presence and I always feel very understood and supported. I loved that Sarah was also able to give dietary advice and explained the reasoning behind the treatments. It felt like a very holistic way of healing. On top of this, the acupuncture treatment itself has really helped physical symptoms I came to treat, as well as those I didn’t come for. I feel like my body has a had a reset after our block of 6 treatments. I am so glad I found Sarah and am pleased I can continue acupuncture as part of my routine. I would recommend seeing Sarah to anyone (in fact, I already do...!).

A really lovely experience. Went to Sarah with knee, back and sciatica pain, some of which I had been carrying for more than 7 years (and additionally having seen 2 other acupuncturists) - she cleared all three within two sessions (1 for my left and 1 for my right) and I am running and exercising again with full motion and no pain, as well as sitting at a desk again without any discomfort. I have been seeing Sarah for around 4 months now and can't recommend her enough. She has such a calming influence and really knows her stuff. Ive never had acupuncture before but have really started to see the benefits and will continue to see her as much as possible.
