Just got a call back from Nor the pharmacist who was very patient kind thoughtful and considerate as well as professional,, She sorted out my prescription very quickly!! As with all the drs here and the receptionists I can’t believe that it took me so long to find this amazing medical centre 👍

Excellent & Professional Dental Services Implants with Dr Peter Fairbairn: I have had 2 x Implants at Scasdale and Im so happy and pain free as I do have weak and sensitive teeth. Dr Fairbair is highly skilled, professional and caring. Hygienist with Julia Wilson: Having very sensitive teeth, I found Julia extremely gentle in cleaning my teeth and removing the bilt up plaque - she explains what she is doing at each step, giving plently of positive advice.

I must say practice Staff is marvellous, everyone works most efficiently, and I have never been refused an appointment, even though I have to wait few weeks. The professionalism of the staff is OUTSTANDING! Practice is nice and clean, and welcoming! If you need an emergency appointment, there will always fit you in, reception ladies are so lovely and caring.

Mr Malik provided me with a life certificate for my Italian state pension at very short notice, which is excellent service. Excellent staff who are extremely overworked but will accommodate need / requirements to best of their ability. Certainly it can be a little frustrating getting through on phone line at times but patience needs to prevail. I have been with this practice for years. I am always able to get an appointment with Dr Lebens providing flexibility is shown. Feel fully confident with GP - professional yet compassionate attitude shown. Reception very kind and caring. I am from America, my sister lives In the UK. I wanted to see how the NHS works here, so I came along with her to her appt . I must say people in the UK are very lucky to have a free NHS Health Care, and at Scarsdale Medical Centre, the care I witnessed was outstanding! Receptionist to GP, my sister has always said she very impressed with the service here. I hear pro & cons about NHS. Practice has online booking/medication request/ can be requested by the app from your mob - as I asked to speak to manager for more information, as the receptionist only had basic information, as it be very useful for my sister to request and book apt online. Gentleman was very polite and showed us how the app worked / and offered us tea/ coffee - very polite man. ( U.S medical centre should learn from this man!!) Receptionist and Clinical Team were fantastic!!!! Thank you for taking care of my sister and her family! Sanara Patel - highly recommended

I’m a regular here to see the two nurses, Affi and Valentina, who are both absolutely lovely, very friendly and caring, couldn’t ask for more. I seldom see the same doctor twice - they seem to change fairly often or have locums in place for short periods. The doctors are very helpful and effective, but (and this is probably not particular to this practice) there’s no concept of the old ‘family doctor’ who would know you and you’d consistly see on every visit. And actually getting an appointment at anything under two weeks is often a struggle. The reception team are also very nice. I suspect they deal with a lot of awkward patients so I’m sure it’s not an easy job, but they’re always good to me.

Afi Tork, the nurse at the surgery is amazing. She’s very polite, caring, patient and professional. Also, Dr. Saour and all other GPs are great.

The center is very client responsive. The doctors are always helpful and are good listeners. Mr. Malik, the reception manager, runs a tight ship and is always very helpful. I usually see Dr. Farqook and Dr. Evans and they are both highly professional. I hightly recommend this center and consider myself lucky to be living in the catchment area of the Scarsdale Medical Center- Arthur Levi

Just joined Scarsdale Medical centre after struggling with my last surgery (Emperors Gate) for many years BEING neglected by theM! IVE NOW BEEN WITH SCARSDALE FOR A FEW MONTHS AND ALREADY FEEL SOME RESOLVE AND THEY SEEM TO GENUINELY CARE MUCH HAPPIER THANKYOU SCARSDALE!! it makes all the difference !!

I've hade some issue for a prescription that has been done from the hospital for my son and I really want toTHANKS Mrs Bumy and Mr Malek. They have done all their best to help me and solve the problem.On the contrary of someone else from the Reception Staff that has been absolutely rude and unhelpful as usual!
