The reception staff are always ready to help. Even during the thick of Covid times, when I had to get an emergency consultation they obliged! This is the best practice I've been to. Admin staff did an excellent job at reminding me of my upcoming appointment, via a call and through SMS text messages. Doctors diagnosed my condition, explained incredibly well what it was and how it could be treated, followed up with an appointment to the treatment. All streamlined and efficient, within less than a week.

But the people who run the emergency appointments are rude, not attentive and rush you out of the room as quickly as you go in. Got no advice and was left to my own devices after forcing myself out of bed to be seen.
