I ve had a delighted experiment in this clinic, from their knowledgeable consultancies to an extremely enjoyable massage. I m particularly fond of their cupping and Giant Jar treatments which I had never seen in any other clinics in London. Hope many people would benefit from them and live a healthy life!

I have been a client for decades and have experienced a variety of treatments. Shu Jun and her colleagues are able to help with short term problems, chronic pain relief and overall well being and can offer a variety of solutions. The centre is spacious, the environment is warm and friendly and the expertise, knowledge and professionalism comes with a strong flavour of care.

I have been coming to Dr Shu Jun on and off now for about 5 years. She, and the whole team, have always been professional, welcoming and warm, and the centre with its many treatment rooms, a delight to visit. Shu Jun has great wisdom and charm which immediately puts you at ease and develops and strong trust. She is obviously constantly exploring new areas of healing and developing her understanding of the human body and being, and her treatments (therapeutic/tui na massage, acupuncture, moxibustion, cupping, scraping/gua sha and even emotional counselling) definitely more profound than the standard Chinese Medicine you might expect, or may have experienced elsewhere. My confidence in her insight and abilities recently led to me starting some training with her to deepen my own healing and massage practice. I highly recommend her and the Shu Jun Health care team!

I really felt like I should leave a review after visiting Shu Jun Healthcare. I read other reviews and figured that the poor ones did not relate to the treatment but rather to the individual experience and possible communication breakdowns. I had had a very stiff and sore neck and shoulders for a few weeks; a problem that has been coming and going for years. I was tempted to try acupuncture before but always a bit scared at the idea of the needles. Today I had an acupuncture and massage session, including cupping. I felt the communication around different options of treatment and prices to be thorough and I made sure I asked all the questions that I was interested in. The acupuncturist speaks very little English but there is a translator to support consultation. They did not explain a lot about the treatment, so I suggest you do some research before or ask lots of questions. The massage felt more like torture at times, but that's because it was really strong on the muscles; the cupping was great and relaxing and I was feeling better immediately after the massage already. Then I had the acupuncture; I couldn't feel any pinch at all, and he also put needles in my head! I left the clinic feeling all the stiffness had gone and my muscles were relaxed. I will definitely go back and I definitely recommend the place!

I've been coming to Shu Jun Healthcare team for over 4 years, it started as a Groupon experiment as I was fed up with useless and expensive physio appointments and I haven't looked back since. They have managed to help me with my back issues so competently that I barely remember the agony I used to be in sitting at my desk. Sport injuries are also something they helped me and my husband with and most recently I was due to be induced as my pregnancy was overdue but before my induction was due to take place I consulted Shu Jun and they prescribed a course of moxybustion and acupuncture. After 3 treatments my contractions started and no induction was necessary. I am hugely grateful and delighted with the results I've received from all my treatments! I highly recommend both the massage for medicinal, therapeutic and relaxing purposes as well as the acupuncture, moxibustion and cupping depending on different ailments. Extremely professional and knowledgeable experienced staff!

I was suffering from tiredness and feeling very depleted after a busy time at work. Also I was feeling from a lack of libido. After diagnosis Dr Shujun gave me a treatment of acupuncture which involved needling to my head and abdominal region. She then applied a hot herbal sachet to my stomach and around the chest - it felt great! I then was allowed to rest as the treatment took deep effect. Leaving the clinic I felt much more relaxed and energised. A few days later I noticed my libido had returned.

The customer service here is amazing, and the owner is incredibly sweet and kindhearted but also extremely talented. I went there feeling stress, overwhelmed and over worked leading me to feel exhausted, but her and all the stuff working there helped me feel more relaxed, energetic and capable of managing all my workload. Dr. Shu Jun gives the best massage I’ve ever experienced (and I’ve had some good ones from therapists over the years). She has a rare gift with her hands, finding and relieving knots and tightness in the back and neck and recognising what health issues they indicate, with an accuracy that smacks to me almost of psychic ability. The energy in her hands is what impresses me and sets her above most others. The massage I got (two so far) is a “therapeutic massage”, as opposed to a “relaxing” massage, which I normally don’t get as they tend to be too soft and superficial. A therapeutic massage (one of Dr. Shu's specialities) is more vigorous and focuses on deep tissue manipulation, removing blockages and increasing ‘qi’ flow; it’s slightly more painful but more deeply relieving. The theory (also recognised by chiropractic) is that the neck and back reflect health issues (heart, liver, kidneys, etc.) as well as stress, anxiety, worry, etc. By relieving muscular tensions and tissue adhesions and increasing energy flow and circulation, overall health and mental/emotional balance are enhanced. The effects seem to bear this out – certainly I slept very well at night after each session. It’s a massage mainly with hands and oil but includes a stage with a smooth stone scraper (gua sha), then a hot herb-filled bag. Towards the end you flip over and the massage finishes on the front. Overall, all I could ask for in a deeply relaxing and rejuvenating massage.
