INCREDIBLE service, I absolutely cannot recommend this clinic enough! I had a facial with Michelle and she was so friendly and so attentive. She asked questions about my current skincare routine, my lifestyle and any skincare concerns I had in order to create a treatment best suited to my needs. She talked me through each step of the treatment (which was super interesting in and of itself!) and checked in frequently to make sure I was comfortable. I really felt like I was doing something ~good~ for my skin (especially after months of being cooped up indoors, inhaling cheese pizzas!) and I left the clinic with glowing skin and another appointment booked. Well worth the money, and your face would be in good hands with Michelle!

Michelle is just lovely and her facials and massages are the absolute best! I had never had a facial that I felt actually delivered results until I found Michelle. My skin looks and feels so much better with regular treatments from her. She is so knowledgeable and skilled at what she does and so is able to tailor her treatments to exactly what my skin needs each time. Great experience here with Dr. McCarthy. The office was clean and peaceful, and Dr. McCarthy walked me through a clear and honest consultation. She gave me a step by step plan to achieve happy and healthy skin, and didn’t try to over prescribe treatments I didn’t need. Skin-Matters is my go-to skincare clinic based in Notting Hill. I've been having monthly appointments for Laser Hair Removal where they use an Ellipse machine on me. I'm on my fourth appointment now and I love how professional, calm and clean their treatment space is. I've had treatments by Joanne, Louisa and Sandra who are the friendliest people. My facial with Joanne was like no other and my skin felt the benefits for weeks after. I travel to Skin-Matters by train and it's a short walk from Notting Hill station. It's nestled on the lower ground of Bodyism incase you can't spot it from the outside but the staff at reception will guide you. I can't wait for my next appointment!
