H.I can’t thank enough to Dr. Claire Bassilious and Deputy Practice Manager Anca Ciuche for helping me to get NHS Cataract surgery which was not proceeding over one and half years due to inefficient automated system. They not only took actions to sort inefficient automated system out but also followed me up with personal caring touch. Telephone consultation call has been always on time and has given me immediate references for me to see expert. I feel lucky to have them as my GP Doctor Claire and supporter team Anca. A Merry Christmas and A Happy New Year 2022! 🤶🎄
C. G. (.I called for an urgent appointment and was seen the same day face to face by Dr Thompson. She was absolutely brilliant. During lockdown I could always get an appointment within a day or two to speak with a GP by telephone and was offered face to face if required. The new surgery team are fantastic and we finally have a team running our surgery who care about us as patients.
B. B.This is by far the best practice I have ever been to. All the staff I have interacted with have been exceptionally friendly and helpful, from the reception staff to the nurses and doctors. My appointment has been on time for every visit I have had, the building has an open layout and lots of light so doesn't feel claustrophobic like a lot of waiting rooms... I have no complaints! If you can join this surgery definitely do so.

Trying to find a doctor who isn't running late will be difficult worldwide as many patients want their various issues to be dealt with all in one appointment. 10-20min is pretty good by th way!
Also, I don't find anyone rude here.
Perhaps those who sent only 1-2 stars should look in a bit more depth at the NHS and its staffing problems versus the issue of patients making more and more appointments for minor symptoms where perhaps some basic self-education might be useful. The internet is full of high quality information and we all know what an evidence based website looks like.
Read and watch the news, be grateful for what you got, go onto the streets if you are not and don't blame the few dedicated staff who despite the unattractive conditions are still doing their job - plus that of the unfilled vacancies.
R. M.Got an appointment the next day for a phone consultation and everything was made so straightforward. Abbie (the medical student who I had my consultation with, under supervision of her senior) was really kind, thorough and helpful.
M. M.I have gone here for 8 years. Both dr Brassey and Dr Cheung are amazing and caring doctors. The front desk staff are always very helpful and I have never had to wait over a week to get an appointment . Some people are complaining that the morning walk in has gone away . I have never done a walk in but if this is true as a policy of the new owner then I think that sucks! Maybe a bit of a compromise and do a Monday and Friday walkin period in the morning instead of every day!?
J. L.The reception ream are really friendly and helpful. The doctors take time to listen and I never feel I am being rushed out the door. Very professional.
