My gp was great, took her time and listened to my problem and advised accordingly, when I went to pick up my sick leave certificate, admin lady was nice and helpful

Its almost impossible to get hold of the practice via telephone. I'm always waiting for someone to pick up for a minimum of 30 minutes. Ive gone from no3 to no1 on hold in 1hr 10 mins at 5pm. When I do speak to a receptionist or dr I am dealt with efficiently and quickly and usually get what I need but its the waiting times on the phone that are over the top.

Doctors are great! Very approachable very kind and extremely efficient. Reception staff excellent in person a bit difficult over the phone to always relate the problem, but actually they do the job. The friendliness of doctors at the surgery is amazing. In comparison to my old surgery it is much much better!!!

One of the best gp surgeries I’ve ever been registered at, brilliant caring doctors & staff. Reception staff are friendly, helpful and I have never had to wait long to speak to someone when I ring up. Dr IQ is great too, can request repeat prescriptions and get advice without calling the surgery.

I have been with Somers town medical centre for over a year now and they are the best doctors I have used so far. Whenever I have been unwell and needed an appointment quickly they would squeeze me in same or next day and all the doctors are kind and good at their job (it sounds like the bare minimum but I could say some stuff about previous doctors). The only downside I would say is their waiting times, when they were offering face to face appointments they always tend to be 30-60 minutes behind schedule. But they make up for it by offering appointments in a normal time length rather than making you wait 3 weeks to be seen about your tonsils! Reception team are great too

One of the best surgeries I have used in my life. It is so easy to book appointments and speak with Doctors. The reception staff have always been so friendly and accommodating. Their App works great. I would highly recommend this surgery to everyone within the locality.

I find this medical centre to be excellent. It is clean, organised and staffed by helpful and friendly people. Every doctor I have seen has always provided me with very good attention, care and help. The only improvement I would like to see is to be able to book an on-the-day/emergency appointment by phone rather than have to attend in the morning to get an appointment later. 1

I have found that the service at this GP practice has improved dramatically. It used to be impossible to get a quick appointment but now with the extended opening times, it is much more convenient. The reception staff are also generally more helpful. I have been able to see the same GP on a number of occasions and have found him very helpful and supportive. They could do more here to make the waiting room more child friendly - they seem to have removed the toys and books that they once had. On the other hand, waiting times for appointments have been dramatically reduced which is a good thing!

Last week I visited the practice for a health problem I had. I happened to find an appointment online for a convenient time. The doctor listened to me and was courteous, caring, and helped a lot. She prescribed the necessary medication and ordered a few tests. I was overall very pleased with the whole experience.

He really took the time and effort to assess me thoroughly and go through the treatment, ensuring he followed up and saw me to check things over. The fact this surgery is able to book evening and weekend appointments really helps with family members who are at school and work. Even if there is a delay with the main surgery appointment times there is usually a slot with the out of hours where we can be seen sooner. Very useful service!

Thank you Somers for always providing the best customer service. Everytime I come into the practice I am greeted by such a lovely team at reception especially when the admin team cover. The new GP who works on Wednesdays and Thursday is very professional and she always provides 5star service. She has helped me a lot with my on going issues and has given me a lot more information on services that are available on the NHS to help with my current health problems. I feel like I am listened to when I see her in particular which other Gp’s I have seen in other practices I feel like they do not listen and do not have the patience. Pls get more GPS like her she is brilliant. Keep it up Somers

Appointment are not available even you call for emergency . I called today Moday to see doctor for my son,the earliest emergency are on Wednesday , receptionist told me.

Dr Sabri Trepca is an extremely helpful doctor, he has been helping myself and my family a lot. I would recommend him to anyone, he is a passionate doctor who is very knowledgable with whatever symptoms you are having.
