Never had a problem with the doctors, they've been helpful and professional. Though I do not see the point of having reception staff. If you call for an urgent booking, you often wait 20+mins if not disconnected. Then they tell you they cannot take bookings, so the drs call you when convenient for them.. no consideration for our time, if you miss a call it's a missed opportunity, go back to square 1. If it's not urgent you have to use the clunky online tool they won't help you. When you do finally get a booking the reception team don't speak to you, it's all computer check in. To improve reviews here, make the reception team work harder.. they're letting the practice down.

Mixed experiences with this practice. I found one of the GPs to be dismissive and unprofessional. I found that the other GP I spoke to was professional, listened well to my medical concerns, and made the effort to built some rapport. The reception staff came across as polite enough, but seemed stressed on one occasion that I saw them. If you're considering joining this practice, be aware of this variability in the quality that you may experience as I felt I did.

One of the best surgeries in the country. Amazing staff and I never had to wait more than 3 days max for an appointment. Drs always call you back when you have any concerns.

Always a great experience. I’ve been with this practice for two years and each time I had to see a GP I would simply call on the day, in the morning before 10 and they would always have an appointment for me. Very little waiting time for my visit and extremely polite and professional doctors. Its a pleasure to visit them.

Probably the best practice I've ever been to and I've lived all over the UK. The doctors are outstanding, patient and kind, the location is lovely, we get same day appointments every time, the longest wait on the phone has been a few minutes only and we often get through straight away. I don't understand the negative reviews here as our experience has been the polar opposite.

older receptionist she is bit sound rude and very helpful. I cant make appointment with permanent Doctors they are alway fully booked but happy with locum doctors. they still following boundaries zone and they even don't have outer boundaries for existing patients if they move few roads away which is very unfair when NHS in 2015 removed GP boundaries.

My family and I have been with this practice for years and have never had cause for complaint. We see doctors quickly, and if needed we get a 'phone call. The receptionists are helpful and do all they can to facilitate matters. I do not understand these negative posts.

My first experience of this hospital was good. Young receptionist was very pleasant. The decor of the reception waiting room was nice, clean and relaxing. My 2nd visit to this hospital was also pleasant. I was dealt with an older aged lady who gave me a nice comment about my handmade earrings. I was far too early for my appointment and she suggested that I go away and come back but decided to wait for my Appt.

I totally disagree with the first comment about " Rude Receptionist " They are under huge pressure to deal with demanding patients who have no manners or wait for an appointment. I found them Extremely helpful , kind considerate and compassionate people working to please every body. If you are nice to people they are nice in return, try it next time.

Friendly staff, good doctors. You can book online and repeat prescriptions online, which I personally find really handy. If you have an emergency, you can usually call the clinic as it opens in the morning and they will do their best to squeeze you in. Big thumbs up.
