e. g.I'm a patient at the surgery as well as all my family member. Both receptionist are very helpful and nice. (I have been reading some reviews about patient saying they are rude, are these patients being nice to these ladies, I have been there with my grandma last time and I have witness how some patients are extremely rude) If you wants people to be nice, remember to be nice to them and they will go over limit to help. All doctors are very nice , listen and advice. My family and I don't have any regret being with this surgery. I would like to thanks everyone for their service during the pandemic. THANKS GUYS
V. D.As a retired medical practitioner , I am thrilled to have this surgery look after me. The doctors are excellent, caring and efficient. The receptionists seem to know all their patients, recall you for repeat blood tests, flu vaccine etc.They are also efficient sending your prescriptions to the chemist .They have continued to work efficiently despite the Covid restrictions. T. P.My mother registered us here in 1993 maybe. I've registered my kids and would not leave. Waiting time can be long but not always. Receptionist Stacey is really kind and professional. Dr Densham genuinely cares about her patients.
