An amazing practice. Extremely responsive with a huge range of services including access to mental health support, help with benefits, physio etc in addition to great GPs. We get a phone appointment on the day and they will get you in to see you, if necessary, on the day too. Great phone system and reception is great too.

I have been registered at Statham Grove Surgery for over 24 years and my partner for over 17 years. Our experience has been overwhelmingly positive - the receptionists are polite and efficient, the GPs and Nurses are great and they take excellent care of their patients. As with all NHS medical practices at the moment, they are under an unacceptable degree of pressure and subject to many constraints but, despite this, we have been able to get appointments on the same day on a regular basis.

I have had the privilege of seeing one of the best doctors in the whole of the NHS! Dr Nik Mann. After being turned away by a very insensitive and dismisive receptionist even when my medical problem was very pressing and I emailed the surgery too. I got the help by someone else in the end and had an appointment with Dr Mann on the same day. He went above and beyond to help with a long standing back problem, and just like a wizzard he manipulated my back and leg, which resulted in a major pain went away. He did his best to address as much as he could with the restricted time alocated, but did not dismiss me and took longer to fully help. He made me feel like a human and I felt he really listened. My mental health was not good for a while, but the treatment was top quality and I am very happy i saw this Dr. Apart from reception problem because they don’t want to help if you can’t speak english, I love this surgery, and will be grateful to Dr Mann for the care he gave me when I needed it the most.

Very accomodative environment and respectful people. Register there when l move to clissold crescent over 12 years ago 4-5 mins from my home.

We've been coming here for years and generally get good care when we get through to a doctor. We've had mixed experiences with reception staff. Six months ago my wife called to say we were pregnant for the first time and the response was unnecessarily abrupt and unhelpful; essentially, "stop bothering us". Then recently we get a call: "How is everything going with the pregnancy?" A bit rich given the complete lack of support when it was needed. Thankfully, we had worked it all out with a hospital directory but it added unnecessary stress to an otherwise happy milestone in our lives.

Lovely nurses ,admin ,and Dr West is fantastic etc ,but i see i’m not the only one that says the receptionist is RUDE and has a terrible attitude problem. ,her sarcasm etc needs to be checked !I asked her very politely a question ,and she snapped look at the sign ,there all about 15 BOLD signs stuck on the windows and around the reception area ,...i understand its a stressful time for all of us ,but that morning i was the only person waiting with one young lady waiting outside !

I have to give the biggest thank you to nurse Aisha Ali, I had an appointment at the surgery this morning that I was incredibly nervous about, she put me at ease straight away and was just the most calming presence. I cannot thank her enough, I am always going to ask to see her in the future.

Ive Unfortunately had to use the doctors several times this year and each time all the staff have been wonderfully friendly helpful and professional. It's the only doctors I've been to that you can actually get an appointment easily. Also I called one lunchtime with concern having found a lump and they saw me that same evening. The reception staff in the past have not been wonderful but currently are all really great and really smiley always putting you at ease. Cant recommend this surgery enough.

This surgery provides a great quality service. The doctors I have seen there are warm, friendly and knowledgable. The reception staff are also welcoming and see to people quite quickly. The surgery also has a nurse that takes blood which is super useful and means you don’t have to go to a hospital to get blood work completed. Since moving to london years ago this has to be the best doctors surgery I’ve been to.

GP’s are amazing. Friendly and extremely helpful, I have never once felt anything less than welcome. However, if you are in need of an emergency appointment and call the surgery at 8am, expect your calls to go unanswered for an hour+. Constant busy tone from 8am on the dot is frustrating, but not as much as being told you have missed the cut off point for said appointments even though it is most likely the phones are either not being answered or purposefully ignored. Not happy at all..

Dr's are absolutely brilliant lovely very compassionate and understanding. Reception staff are awful and have a serious attitude problem. Never friendly, they seem to think they are above the patients, it's very bizarre. I will be making a complaint.

Great doctors - terrible service from receptionists over the phone. Update - spoke to a different member of staff, Gule, she was really helpful and explained thoroughly the steps I needed to go through in order to resolve my issue.

Have been a patient for 13 years, and consider myself very lucky to attend this practice. My GP, others I have seen in her absence, and nursing staff, have been effective in investigating and treating illness, whilst referring me promptly to specialist care if appropriate. My GP always goes the extra mile to help, and makes me feel valued, despite the time pressures of her job. The environment is very pleasant and well maintained.

Great doctors and nurses. Genuine interest in both my partner and I. Teaching practise too. A1!!! Reception/administration staff are not as pleasant as one might hope. Work needed on good communication and customer service. Highly recommend once you get past reception (sometimes....not always).

Friendly, welcoming local GP surgery - special praise has to go to the lovely doctors here. The front of house staff can range from the slightly grumpy to the full-blown rude, but I think they do a pretty tricky job. Wait list is never too bad, either.

Don't be fooled by the grumpy front of house staff (yes they are a bit grumpy). This small GP has some friendly and understanding staff who I believe do care. Much better than other GP's I have been registered with in the past.
