A well deserved 5 STARS!! Great customer service and a wonderful team of receptionists. Every time I'm here I get a warm welcome from reception staff and doctors, which is something you don't get much nowadays. The receptionists are easy to talk to, very understanding and genuinely love to help! Every time I pay the surgery a visit I leave with a massive smile on my face, even when I'm hopping out of there in crutches. I have family members that also visit this surgery, who have little to no understanding of English, but that was no problem whatsoever, as they have members of staff who can translate, and do a damn good job. There is a receptionist called Tanya who I have heard alot about; a very positive, polite and professional member of staff. Really good with translation and unreal customer service skills. Really cute too :) Overall, this place is nothing short of an amazing practice, packed with great atmostphere, astonishing customer service and a team of wonderful staff. Therefore I would highly recommend this surgery practice to everyone!

This is without a doubt the best GP surgery I have had the experience dealing with. The practice is busy but I have always found them helpful. Doctors are friendly and they have a call back service to ensure you speak to a doc even if they don’t have any appointments left. I have not been able to get the online booking working but can get my repeat prescription via email. Open evenings and Saturday mornings which helps when you are working. Would recommend

I have lots of medical issues and the team especially Dr Bukhari is so kind, helpful and highly competent. The care i get is first class and the GP gives me such personal attention i really feel that i am in safe hands. The telephone appointments are very convenient and the nurses are excellent. As a regular patient with children, I appreciate the telephone triage appointments which can be booked the same day and allow a discussion and at appropriate times referral for blood tests etc without need to book a future face to face. Also, appointments can be booked same day if needed. It is a busy practice but there are lots of drs and nurses to see for different issues.

I’ve only just recently registered at this practice and made my first appointment. Two receptionists I’ve spoken to were very friendly and tried to accommodate as much as possible. I need a travel vaccination and left it a bit too late however the lady over the phone managed to fit me in and promised to give me a call if they receive cancellations. At my previous GP practice they’ve told me they haven’t got anything available and that I should go into Boots.

Courteous, Inspirational, Irreplaceable staff I am a patient of a particular doctor. I would like to say a big thank you to both the doctor and two other members of staff who have helped make a remarkable improvements with my depression. The doctor has dealt with me amazingly and both the members of staff have been truly inspirational in the way i have been treated at the desk. I was worried about joining this clinic due to the high number of negative reviews on this site. However, having now been to the on several occasions, I can confirm that ALL staff I have encountered - security, receptionists, nurses and doctors - have been friendly, personable and professional. Not only that, but appointments run as scheduled and the doctor is more than happy to give you adequate time to properly assess your needs. Do not let the haters put you off! This is an excellent clinic run by excellent staff.

Wonderful surgery! The receptionists are always polite and helpful and their triage system works really well for accessing emergency care when needed. I have been at the practice for over 10 years now and have always been impressed by the care recieved.

Thank God that in this GP; A lady who speaks Spanish works, her name is Tanya and she is very attentive and kind to all patients. I feel confident in this GP because everyone who works there provides very good service. Therefore I recommend this Surgery to the entire Latin community.

I think this is probably one of the better practices out there. They are by no means perfect and they are not doing anything "above and beyond" to be so. I have noticed significant improvement in reception staff attitude. All my interactions with them have been satisfactory or very good. There have been issues with my appointments these past few months and even a doctor admitted "we didn't know what we were doing" which I suppose is fair to say considering the circumstances.

GP itself looking very nice and clean. Receptionists mostly young girls are confused and sometimes ignorant. From last visit for baby immunisation I can say that 1 of the nurses shouldn't be working with babies as she puts stress on parents and after vaccines legs are so red and with time gets bruised... Because we had 2 different nurses doing for us I can compare and say thank you to A. Cottrell for doing your job with love and making us parents feel more calm during those stressful visits...

Very impressed with GP telephone appointments! Recently my children were sick, I called surgery and was offered telephone appointment. GP called me back 30 mins later with advice and booked me an appointment. Very impressive we received a call and were seen within less than 2 hours.

When I changed over from Kent to Streatham high practice I found the surgery a very good surgery. I’ve moved again recently and I’ve hesitated to change surgeries because I am very happy with Streatham high practice. I phoned in today because I had an asthma appointment and instead of travelling from where I was into the surgery.. I was hoping if there was another solution.. Tannaz, The lady I spoke to on the phone, recommended she could forward a prescription for me to my local pharmacy , It saved me quite a lot of time and also the risk of coming into the surgery.. been using my gp services on and off as any other healthy young professional; as such i can say it was quite straight forward booking appointments with my GP, although not exactly when convenient (which is understandable). It was also very straight forward to request access to patient online services, as GPs are being incentivised to increase the number of users. my GP was very kind and understanding and did also not make me feel as I merely had 10min to be seen. My only negative opinion would be not being able to see one regular GP as I used to at my previous Surgery in Balham. I guess times have changed and there is no such thing as family GP surgery.

It may feel chaotic when you first visit as the signage is very poor, but the team is great. They're really quick to respond and they've put in place several ways to be contacted remotely.

My son has been at this practice for 4 years. For the most part they are generally good, however when they get it wrong they really get it wrong, do not call them if you are in need thry will not offer any advice or assistants in what should be a straightforward situation , like advising I call back in the moerning to speak with a doctor, some of their receptionist are extremely unhelpful and can sometimes be rude and on a few occasions I've spoken to doctor's who I have found to be very patronising, my son has complex needs and i times ive felt very stressed out just knowing I have to call them . It's a shame really. To be a G.P receptionist at this surgery Clearly you don't have to have patients understanding or empathy. They have seriously Vexed me today.

Very unprofessional receptionist on the phone today, complained about she is busy, I missed my call, etc. In stead of finding a solution for me. I’m frustrated that it took over a week for me to get some medication which has written on the doctor notes from the hospital. If I didn’t call to chase today, nobody would even get back to me. Hopefully the management team will take some notice and train the staff with an understanding manner. Updated review in June 2021, last couple of years the service has been improved a lot, I do not think I had any issues regard to their services.

She even have me a new baby goodie bag when I left. Excellent service from front of house staff and medical practitioners.

Registered online in February, but had no reason to use it until recently. Registration wss really easy, and the online services are fantastic. Had to go in twice and got last minute appointments two days in a row. Staff are friendly and the wait wasn't too long at all. Really impressed with it!

I've had mixed experiences; when I've needed an appointment quickly (suspected tonsillitis etc) it's been difficult to get an appointment, and it's that classic situation of calling exactly at opening time to be like 35th in the queue! However on booking appointments that weren't as time sensitive it's always great, especially for nurses appointments! I've also noticed that the receptionist staff have become a lot more friendly which is lovely, as it can be awkward discussing the reason for your appointment over the phone. Absolute star though is Dr Whigham! Had an appointment with him a few months ago and he was so so kind and friendly, and put me straight at ease. He offered me really helpful advice and is probably one of the best doctors I've ever seen.
