This doctors is without exception the best surgery I’ve ever been registered to. Even mid pandemic I could always speak to a GP and I’m never made to feel too much Trouble (even tho I probably am). Simon the advanced pharmacist is fantastic and really helpful. The whole team is FABULOUS :)

The most efficient doctors I have had. Pretty much every time I have called I have received an appointment on the same day and if not within days. Calling back with cancellations if they have nothing on this day - which is great practice. They have also referred me to the hospitals and special clinics whenever I have needed outsourced help. Very thorough at appointments also. Great medical care. Thank you.

Brilliant. Put in an online enquiry at 8am. Had a phone call at 11am from an amazing student doctor. GP followed up on the phone. Was seen at 2pm by three very lovely student doctors. The main GP followed in the same room and appointment. Everyone was fantastic. Very efficient.

I was placed at this practice as a medical student. The admin team were extremely friendly and helpful in getting me set up. The doctors were very caring for their patients and were enthusiastic about teaching the students and getting us involved. I learnt so much here and was sad to leave when the placement ended.

I am currently on hold now over 3 hours. The doctors at this surgery have been compassionate and friendly that I've experienced, hence I couldn't leave 1 star, but that only helps so much if you can't get through to them. If you can stick to the E-consult system and not have to change your appointments, you should be fine, just don't get stuck having to call them if it's important! (if the office is having special issues today, 2nd of March, let me know and I will adjust the review - we can all have bad days!) Update: I have spoken with the practice after a few minutes on hold and no one seems to know what happened. I'm chalking it up to an unfortunate fluke and adjusting my review to reflect my direct experience with the doctors. Thank you for being responsive!

I attended Strouts Place Medical Centre as a medical student on placement. All the staff were extremely kind, especially my GP Tutor. They are dealing with the current circumstances really well. Their opening times are from 8am till 10pm and they are open on Saturdays which is perfect. I would really recommend this practice.

As part of my medical school training I was placed at Strouts Place medical center. My experience was fantastic. Dr Jarin was our GP tutor and she is both and excellent teacher and clinician. From what I observed, there was a really amazing doctor-patient relationship. I can't express how much I enjoyed and learned from this placement. Thank you to the whole team at the surgery, and all the wonderful patients who gave up their time to let us learn from them!

Dr Martinez is amazing... never had a better Dr, always willing to help and quite frankly from what i have heard about Drs in general in this country i consider myself blessed to be a patient of his and this practice. Never any difficulty arranging an appointment. Reception staff have always been friendly and helpful. I have read some of the poorer reviews and am at a quandary as to why or how experiences can be so different. I would recommend Dr Martinez and any practice he works for. Best

Today was first visit after could no longer take the way previous surgery was dealing with us maby they could send their staff round to learn how it's done keep up good works very impressive old surgery XX place since Sam left carol and few others it's just rubbish how can u treat people like this even 3rd world countries treat patients with more dignity I like to see the so-called rule makers try and get a appointment with their current sittie system so happy I made the move like a weight being lifted and new doctor was excellent thank u staff and thank u doctor zaman

A true compliment to London. A great environment with excellent desk service, attentive call service and immediate appointments being provided. A major shout out to Dr Sukhraj Tiwana. Absolute legend and hands down the best service I’ve ever had at a GP. My husband and I were baffled at how professional and knowledgable he came off just seconds into us being called in.
