A. M.Best GP service I’ve ever used - whenever I fill out the online form I am always contacted the same day. I have always been given helpful and informative advice and if required, a prescription is sent to me the same day. I spoke to Dr Martin this week who was extremely helpful, knowledgable and directed me towards the best option to resolve my issue. I never have any hesitation in contacting Swiss Cottage surgery

I have been with this surgery for the past 8 years, their service and doctors are amazing, caring and always try to give you an appointment as soon as possible. during the appointment they are very helpful and patient. During covid their services moved online. often as soon as i send a request a doctor calls me within a few hours. Highly recommend them.

you can not phone at all, but have to fill a form online for every little thing. not very friendly for old people who don't even have a pc.the web page claim they keep the phone more free for the elderly by the online contact ,but when you ring you are told yo go online. The response though was fast. I was called back within an hour by a friendly a and efficient doctor.
