S. R.Extremely helpful! I transferred here from another GP because they weren't so great and when I managed to get a registration with this practise I was so content.
They genuinely try their best to book you an appointment and get you seen by a doctor no matter how old or young you are. Furthermore, the doctors treat you with proper respect like your a human being and not an object. They'll explain your condition/problem very well to you without confusing you. I would also like to mention that Dr Kenny is a superb, phenomenal and great doc, he deserves some praise!
J. A.This has been the best GP surgery I have ever been registered with. Unfortunately we had to move out of the area and go to a different one (which isn't that great).
Reception staff are very nice, there were a few occasions when they went above and beyond to help us.
GPs are fantastic, I was impressed with how quickly they got back to us with calls and appointments.
Together with my family, we have been very happy with our experience with Aberfeldy Practice and we'll miss it.
L. B.Have been registered at this doctors for over two years now, there are some good doctors who are friendly and professional and actually take your medical/ health needs seriously. Doctors usually call back within an hour and receptionists are helpful.
The nurses are really lovely and put you at ease. However, one particular person Ive spoken to twice a Dr Radcliffe does come across as very patronising and rude, not friendly at all.
Was with St stephens health centre before I moved, all the doctors were great there.

N.Overall practice is okay, only problem there in not only my experience, but other patients too (neighbours did warn me about this particular Doctor when we were looking into joining this surgery, and everything they said about her turned out to be true) Dr Emma, not sure if a GP is the right job for her as she has no person skills whatsoever, you’d have more luck drawing blood from a stone. I get the impression she doesn’t like her job very much and is very cold. You would expect a GP to be friendly, someone you can trust and feel comfortable discussing your health with, however she is rather rude and lets the gp practice down in my opinion.
F. K.I have been a patient of this surgery for a couple of weeks after moving over from All Saints Practice (who I had been with for many, many years). The reason? Simply because All Saints has been forced to close. And how pleased I am that has happened now! Since being at Aberfeldy, I have needed medical advice or treatment 4 times already and each time the organisation and care has been exceptional. Doctors have given me a call back in very good time. One time, before I had even left the building after a conversation with a receptionist! I have been asked to attend an appointment after phone calls where I have been seen swiftly (even though I was told on the phone it might be a wait). The understanding and manner in which I have been spoken to has been nothing but kind and professional from all members of staff. Thank you. I am very thankful for the care that I have received so far and am happy knowing my family’s medical health is being looked after by these hard worked, under appreciated medical professionals. Thank you.
S. P.I went in for a smear test after putting it off for ages after a few awful experiences at my last GP, we actually moved GP for this reason! And so glad I did as this was the best experience ever! The nurse Haffida(?) was fantastic!! I walked in nearly bursting into tears and she immediately put me at ease with the whole process, talked me through the entire check up and really made me feel normal. I am so impressed with her professionalism and bedside manner, so glad to see beautiful human beings like this exist, really can't thank you enough! Highly recommend this surgery, overall a massive step up!

A. R.I have needed my Drs twice over the last five years. Once when I was very ill in 2014, and again because of a back issue 2 years ago. This practice went above and beyond to help me, I can genuinely credit them for helping to save my life. To start, the receptionists are lovely, they got to see me quite a few times and were always friendly and smiley, I saw them have to deal with some angry patients and they were always professional. The phlebotomists and nurses are calm and reassuring, I had to have a lot of blood tests and they are very patient as I am not a fan of needles. I saw several Drs, one who I believe has now left, who was the best Dr I have ever seen, but they were all lovely. I felt cared for and safe. Most NHS practices have a lot of negative reviews and I know in life that people are much more likely to write about bad experiences than good ones, so I thought I should balance this out. I would recommend this practice to any friends who moved into the area.

R. D.Had the best experience I have ever had with any GP today. Became really sick over the weekend so called first thing and were able to see me later on in the day. Understandably this couldn't always be the case, but all the staff were very helpful and were quick to get back to me with any questions I had afterwards.
T. J. T.One of the few GP's who would see us on short notice and over the phone. They are responsive and have organised electronic electronic prescriptions for all medication. On rare emergencies, the doctors at the practice have been able to immediately write referrals and phone up the specialists in A&E. Reading this it might sound like common practice for many GP's but their quick responsiveness and correct diagnosis so far makes us feel at ease knowing there is a good practice to whom we are registered
