Highly recommended. I have been treated by Alison for the last 12 years – from facial care products to Botox, lip fillers and recently Profhilo. I have a rather conservative approach to facial aesthetics, keen to keep the “natural look” and Alison is always in tune with that. She understands her clients well and takes an individual approach. Highly professional, very experienced and customer focused – if you want expertise, this is the place to come to. I am 48 and getting married in May, so Alison recommended Profhilo so I look as fresh and young as I can on my big day. People who had not seen me for a while ask me what I changed that I look so radiant and fresh. Even my fiancé commented “your skin looks so nice”. I have all the proof I need.

I have been going to this clinic for the last 5 years for skin care products, consultations and treatments. The service is very professional and the results are terrific. My skin looks better than it ever has. Through Alison's efforts, my pores and blackheads disappeared a few years ago and my skin texture is smooth and creamy with no wrinkles. Alison always gives me frank and valuable skin care guidance and offers anti-aging treatments within my budget. She never tries to up-sell. I trust her completely and highly recommend her.

Went in for a consultation recently. Was very nervous but had no reason to be! I was made to feel very welcome, staff were very knowledgeable and offered me honest advice to suit my concerns (wanting to look natural - but better), instead of the 'one size fits all'/pushy sales advice you get at most places these days. I forgot my mask, but staff were happy to give me one. Masks were worn by staff in the clinic, and receptionist was even behind a screen also - there was anti bac available, track & trace, and staff wiped down items after use. Looking forward to a new year new me after I start treatments in 2021!

In August 2020 I finally decided to sort out the skin on my face. This place was suggested to me my by my partner, whose sister had a really good experience here. So I walked in, met Megan. I explained to her what my concerns were(texture, acne, scars) and that I was thinking about microneedling. She said we needed to clear my skin in order to do the microneedling, so we went for chemical peels. The purging of the peels were very painful after the first 2, basically it brought up all the nasty stuff from my skin, but it’s just something that the peel meant to do. I ended up having 6 of it. We added proper cleansing system from beginning (Obagi 2%salicylic acid cleanser and toner and benzoyl peroxide pore treatment) then retinol, later tretinoid in between peels(still using tret and does magic). It cleared up my skin very nicely. Even colour, A M A Z I N G glow, less painful spots, in fact I rarely get them nowadays,which I am very grateful for. I have now had the second microneedling session after all these. Done very professionally. Megan said the redness would be gone in 2days and she was right. I would put my life in her hands, very reliable and friendly service, good atmosphere in the office. Just keep in mind that it takes time and loooots of patience, but it’s worth it.

Great place! The girls there have helped me out with skincare over the years and done face treatments and laser treatments to help get rid of my acne scars and spots and redness on my nose - it's all worked really well. I've been to this Clapham branch the most, but also go to the Wimbledon one and it's the same.

Well all I can say about The Glass House is everyone needs a place like this that they can retreat to. I have tried many a place and I mean lots of places but nothing ever has compared to the Glass House. From reception to my lovely therapist Kylie who I visit every month for her wonderful facials ! I have also had other treatments which have been fantastic too and also the amount of comments I get about my sometimes very delicate and temperamental skin which Kylie treats has mad me feel more confident I have recommended friends and family who have also been impressed with the treatments here at The Glass House. I would like to keep this place a secret ... But I feel that other people should get the enjoyment and peace of mind knowing that what ever treatment you have will be done with love and care because they are so passionate about the work they do. I've been visiting the Glasshouse for almost 2 years. I have completed courses in facial treatments for collagen renewal, facial peels, laser hair removal and electrolysis. I have received so many positive comments from friends and the results speak for themselves. I'm so delighted with the results and 6 monthly top ups. I was particularly nervous about the peels but everything was explained in detail and I was reassured at every step of the way. The clinic has just introduced a new Hydra Facial and I had the first of my course yesterday. My skin is glowing. The staff are friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable. I am really surprised and skeptical of the negative reviews posted here.

Formidable. This clinic makes you look beautiful while making you feel wonderful; it's an experience you look forward to, like visiting a spa. The best clinic of it's type I've ever been to; the staff treat you so nice it's like visiting a friend, and the results of the treatments are spectacular - unlike other therapists I've been to, you get what you pay for here; no-one can put their finger on what you've had done, they just remark that you're looking so great... They offer a monthly DD for regular treatments you have, which means you can spread the cost too.

Having suffered from skin problems/blemishes for most of my adult life, Kylie at The Glass House Clinic has been a lifesaver. I came in 3 weeks ago to try the Hydrafacial and after one treatment I can see a vast improvement in the hydration and quality of my skin. This cleanse worked on fine lines, pores and dry skin, and left my skin feeling and looking dewy and fresh. Much healthier. Kylie is a joy to be treated by. Cheerful, knowledgable and professional, she talked me through the treatment and then also guided me through a skin routine to continue improving my skin concerns long after my treatment. Upon her advice, I have also changed my skin products to SkinCeuticals to heal the damage from previous treatments done elsewhere, rehydrate my skin and treat my breakouts. I trust her and will definitely make another appointment in the future. A relaxing appointment and successful treatment at The Glass House Clinic with Kylie. I recommend her services.

I've been seeing Alison for over 15 years now. Not only is she a delight, but she's down right professional. When vanity and the tyranny of past youth kicks in and I say 'Should I have this, or do I need that?' I get response of 'nope' immediately. The evidence was in my recent passport picture. NOT only had I not aged since 2009, I actually looked better and not like a freak; and we know how unflattering a passport picture has to be now. I can't recommend her enough and am happy back up my compliments with said passport pictures on request!

I could not recommend my experience at the Glasshouse or of Coolsculpting highly enough. Alison, Ann-Marie, Liz and the all the others are highly experienced, very knowledgeable and lovely and welcoming, putting any anxieties at ease. I am a bit of a worrier and deliberate and research thoroughly before embarking on any treatment and also make sure I seek out London’s best to do the work. Coolsculpting was no exception and I even consulted with Harley Street clinics before going with Glasshouse. What I loved about Glasshouse is that it is a intimate space where the staff care about you and give you a high level of attention and personalised service in a lovely setting. I also had complete confidence in their expertise as they told me exactly how cool sculpting would work for me and also where it wasn’t appropriate for me and why - I have 100% respect for them in this regard. In terms of Coolsculpting itself - it was the only procedure that made sense to me. I am a super fit, 35 year old mum, look absolutely fine in clothes but still have problem areas that annoying me - especially when I’m in my swimming costume. I want to manage my body NOW and keep on top of it so it doesn’t slowly encroach on me to a point where it’s harder to manage! I found Coolsculpting perfect because it’s non-invasive, no down time (can literally get it done without my husband knowing) takes no time at all (under and hour and I was doing work while getting the treatment) and it targets areas that are resistant to exercise and dieting. For me - I had to get to a point where I was gaunt in the face and my rings falling off my fingers before I could get rid of my top thighs touching together and my love handles (a legacy from having kids!) - but Coolsculpting just zapped the fat in those areas without me having to starve myself which is unsustainable. This means I am now comfortable walking around without my legs touching and wearing jeans without muffin top - these things sound small but are life changing and completely change my mood which was one of constant annoyance to feeling a little liberated!
