M. K.Dr Benedict impressed me so much with his sympathetic approach to my medical problem. His immediate reaction when I explained the symptoms was reassuring and, although this was my first visit to The GP Surgery WBR, it will not be my last. It's important to have confidence in a doctor and I highly recommend this private practise much as I love my NHS.
S. J.I've had two very persistent warts on my finger for which I had an initial cryotherapy treatment at my own GP surgery and was advised that I would need a follow-up treatment. After lockdown however, they are no longer offering this service on the NHS which led me to discover Dr Dutta at the GP Surgery in Fulham. The treatment was affordable for me, the price decreases for further treatments within a certain time period, and I was even offered a complimentary consultation and treatment when a second treatment did not perform as hoped. This confirmed to me that this clinic is not all about profit, as many private clinics are, but is a bonafide GP service that cares about the welfare of it's patients, providing a professional and friendly service whilst lifting the pressure off of the NHS. I can highly recommend.
s. f.Having tried to get a steroid injection in my hip at a private hospital near my home the price was ridiculous, so found the GP surgery on line , I made an appointment where the receptionist was very helpful. Was given the steroid by a very nice GP who explained everything clearly. Very impressed by the whole experience , worth the 40 mile journey, thank you to all the staff

Really impressed with how Svetlana (the office manager) runs the operations side of the GP surgery, from communication skills and attention to detail (to your specific case) to making sure you get the due discount from the test lab, which otherwise would have been ignored/missed.
I am also very impressed with the two GPs I met – Dr Dutta and Dr Venus Ameen- very friendly, excellent communication (so u understand whats going on with your symptoms) and very professional and knowledgeable.
Very fast turnaround times with appointments, tests/scans and test results

I. S.I can not fault the care I have received. I am always able to get through to speak to someone on reception. I can always get an appointment when needed. I have been called with test results promptly even when I was not expecting to. My care has been followed up as well. Staff are friendly and professional from start to finish.
L. B.I booked an ultrasound scan online 3 days before my appointment. I arrived 10min before my appointment and the doctor was ready to receive me. She was professional and friendly at the same time. She gave me some advices on further investigations. I waited less than 10 minutes for my results and I received an email with my invoice.

S. M.Just over 2 weeks ago, I had a wart on my head frozen, and a couple of days ago it fell off. I am most grateful to the GP Surgery in general and to Dr Dutta, who carried out the procedure, in particular. He was extremely proficient and also immensely reassuring. I was also impressed by the friendliness and efficiency of the reception staff. The NHS no longer carries out this type of work, but Dr Dutta and his colleagues provide a truly excellent economical alternative to the pretentious clinics of central London, £105 for this procedure as opposed to around £1000!!

O. P.I booked a Harmony Test here as it seemed to be the cheapest after looking around. The doctor was really lovely - he took time to explain everything thoroughly to me and I received the results in a week exactly!
M. V.I was in terrible pain caused by a slipped disc.I needed to quickly get pain killers prescribed following a consultation. To find a GP practice that not only responded with an immediate walk in appointment and give me the medication needed is an absolute God send.
