P. B.Such a great practice, and everyone is friendly and so extremely helpful.
I've been able to get a call whenever I need one and any follow up interaction has been excellent.
They were super supportive when I needed a letter for travel after covid also.
I couldn't fault any of the staff over the years I have been a patient.
J. A.This is the most amazing, professional, caring and knowledgeable Doctors surgery you could ever wish to join. Every member of staff makes you feel as if you are the only patient who matters. I have been lucky enough to be treated my Dr Andrewes, Dr Osborne and Dr Mackenzie and welcomed and supported by Maggie and her reception team for many years . The team of nurses are also very helpful and professional. I would like to thank all of the staff for looking after all my family I can’t praise them enough.

S. S.Have been with this practice for over 50 years (before the current site) and am amazed at some of the comments on here. All doctors and receptionists have been amazing for myself and other family members. The covid vaccinations have been dealt with swiftly and efficiently. Having known of experiences at other practices, this surgery is up there with the best for service and care.
M. O.Staff probably don't respond well to rude discourteous people - which is good! If you have complaints about the reception staff, its because you are rude, and don't know how to behave in public.
I've been going here for 20 years and have always been treated with the utmost courtesy, but I have watched rude people shouting at staff - some of them have gone on to write reviews it seems...
O. J.I joined this practice in late 2017. Ive not had an amazing experience at other doctors surgeries and i only usually go to the docs if im really ill. This year i had to go several times and on each ocassion was seen by a different doctor. Each doctor i saw was beyond exceptional. They listened and took their time with me and explored every symptom i had. They were thorough and just completely put me at ease. Thank god for these doctors. I feel seriously lucky to be living in this area. Reception team could do with a bit of a nudge but the superb doctors make up for that.

H. W.This is the best practice I’ve ever been registered at. Once you have an appointment (which can be a bit of hassle as it’s phone only from 8am for same day bookings - with most gone by 8.15) - all of the staff are friendly and helpful. They have had a fair bit of rotation of GPs and Locums the last year, but it’s settled down again now. Appointments run pretty much on time and they are very accommodating. - especially good with children.
c. l.I was new in this area just google some GP near me i found this GP its the best GP in this area, no to much waiting on the phone they just literally take your call and i get appointment straightaway every time , staff is really nice on the reception, very good doctors in this clinic i am really very happy with my new GP

L. I.Good practise with lots of doctors available. I have in the past found it difficult to get through and book an appointment but the system seems to have improved recently. The staff are generally very friendly and helpful.
