Very happy with the service in this practice. I always got appointments when needed and quickly. Staff are caring and kind with patients. Efficient too when I requested certain paperwork. I only was a bit shocked when they took a blood test over the computer desk, but maybe that's normal in this country?

The receptionists are lovely. A different lovely person or persons everytime I attend. But how can I explain this...it's not the practice fault or the workers but the physio I saw upstairs was not helpful at all. My nan could have done better and the physiptherapist was not professional at all or educated in treatment. I felt scorned and awkward every week and like my pain was unimportant. Every week I'd try to bring it up but the physio dismissed me and told me they know best. I feel this was discrimination for a variety of reasons I won't go into here. I can't blame heathbridge so who can I complain to? The company surrey physio protects themselves and won't listen to my complaints. Authority never listens to the little people it seems

I am not usually one for posting publicly but I feel that this practice warrants a break away from this. Having been dissatisfied with another GP practice in Putney, I changed to Heathbridge a few years ago and how pleased I am that I made the leap. Time after time, this practice exceeds expectations. The receptionists go above and beyond, the whole team are just brilliant with children and no matter which GP or nurse, their professinalism, matter and expertise is exceptional. My family and I have received top care from this practice and I cannot recommend them highly enough - if only I could give 10 stars!

Contemporary clinic adapted to the needs of all patient groups, there is a disabled platform and free parking. Convenient location - on 3 minutes from East Putney Underground Station and Putney Station. 5 stars

Moved to area 18 months ago and only been a handful of times. Each time dealing with surgery I've been really impressed by reception staff and also clinical staff. Never feels difficult which is unusual these days with GP surgeries.

Excellent Staff and Care. I've lived in putney for over a year now and have never had a problem here. Nurses, doctors and admin staff have always been lovely to me. People are getting cross on here that you have to tell the admin staff the reason for your visit.... thats so that people can be directed to a nurse or pharmacist where appropriate and not waste valuable GP time on very minor ailments. Get a grip people! Our NHS service is doing a great job and Heathbridge is a brilliant surgery.

The care I have received at Heathbridge Practice is exemplary. All members of staff are polite and helpful. Telephone calls are answered swiftly and effectively and appointments given at short notice. The doctors provide explanation and insightful advice and treatment and are caring and professional. At this practice the client is king, the person is listened to and heard and understood. This takes the horror out of being unwell. Thank You Team Heathbridge.

One might wait a bit for a routine appointment but it will be worth the wait. The surgery can also see you on a short notice if you have an emergency. Note, they are actually open longer than they say on their website!

I've been a patient at Heathbridge for several years. My experience of the GP practice and the services have been very good. I also want to mention the physio on site at the GP practice who provided me with four sessions of rehabilitation. I've seen a few and they were the best I've ever seen. Seen in 3 weeks, was looked after polite and professional. Had plenty of NHS physio before and this is by far best.

Listen this place is fantastic. Dr Barnes is a godsend. There is no issues with the ladies on the front desk or how clean the surgery is. It is very clean and has hand sanintizers everywhere you turn. I've been coming on and off since I was a little boy. However my partner had a terrible experience with a Surrey physio worker on the 2nd or 3rd floor. She met me downstairs in tears because he had been physically inappropriate with her more than once but she was too scared to call him out. She being a shy lass didn't want a fuss or to report him. I wanted to knock him out but I calmed down. Listen this guy is a p e rv and he's bringing the surgery down. I looked at the reviews about Surrey physio and was in shock to see how many bad reviews this guy is giving the place. "L H" is his initials if anyone wants to know. Sort it out. My lady is seriously messed up and my brother had to calm me down when I told him. My mum is upset because she goes heathbridge and loves it here and her Dr Allen. Now the vibe is rotten and it makes us all wanna go elsewhere. I've asked my lady to email surreyphysio about her experience but she is terrified she wont be believed. I believe her along with my family and hers and will ask her to be brave if dhe can. HE SHOULDN'T BE ABLE TO GET AWAY WITH THIS. ITS NOT RIGHT.
