I have just registered me and my baby with the surgery in the last week. It was very straight forward and easy. Booking and appointment for me and the baby also very easy. The lady I spoke was helpful and pleasant. It was actually a lot easier dealing with Lister than my previous doctors. One thing I really appreciated, unlike my other doctors, I could call and book and appointment at anytime 😊.

Nurse Jennifer Oniyah - if I could give more than 5 stars I would. I have attended this surgery for several years & never had cause to leave a review. Today I had the pleasure of having my surgical injury treated by Jennifer. She calmed my nerves, reassured me, treated me with dignity & respect. She took time to get me comfortable, cleaned my wound, assessed the affected area & changed my surgical dressing in such a way that my confidence in this surgery has been restored. She was in her uniform, had an air of grace about her, was knowledgeable, professional yet personable. Jennifer went out of her way to ensure that I got a high level of service and received the follow-up care I needed. I have never seen this Nurse before but she has left such a lasting impression on me that I will never forget her...she is a credit to the surgery & the medical profession. Thank you so much Jennifer.

My appointment was booked by Sultana the receptionist, very kind and helpful. My experience with Dr English was great, he saw my son who had been unwell with a cough. Dr English very professional, exactly what you want from a Dr. Did have an issue with one of the receptionists on the day but this was dealt with quite professionally and swiftly by the Receptionists Manager (can’t remember her name)

I rang the practice this morning and Anika Ahmed dealt with my call. She was very friendly, listened and made me feel that I was being listened to. She was extremely helpful and polite. The doctors are very helpful especially Dr Parsons that I have seen many times. Angelina also very helpful. Thank you to all of you so wonderful people at the practice. You guys are absolutely amazing at what you do and you try to be there the best way that you can for all of your patients, helping to resolve any queries within the time frame that we may have. Dear Hurley team, I wanted to extend my sincere gratitude and thanks for the care you have provided me since my diagnosis of cluster headaches last week. Dr English was so kind and took my symptoms seriously. He did all he could to ensure I got a correct diagnosis, referred to neurology and prescribed injections for the pain. I saw the neurologist yesterday which was an extremely quick process (less than 2 working days!) and I cannot thank Dr English enough for getting me the care I require at this difficult time. Macey was so empathetic and patient today on the phone with me. She went above and beyond to ensure I was provided with an urgent prescription today rather than having to wait 48 hours. She liaised with the pharmacy on my behalf and I am so so so thankful that I now do not to have to go days without pain relief. That is all down to Macey and I thank her so much for her care too. Thank you all, you deserve to know how much you are appreciated!

This surgery I have used in over 18 years but have noticed a major improvement lately. The staff are more welcoming, service much more professional, and there is a good feeling of being treated more like a valued customer. The Dr IQ initiative has meant that I do not need to take time off work to attend the surgery for what could be routinely resolved via the App and telephone calls ( very responsive and usually within few hours.

I came into the Lister Practice today to book a covid vaccination because I received a message to say I was eligible. I am currently having trouble accessing the internet and decided to book in person. The reception staff was very helpful and I was able to be booked in efficiently. I would recommend this practice to my family and friends.

I've been using the surgery for the past 4.5 years. It's really improved over the past year since being taken over by a new group. The app makes prescription renewals simple and fast, and also means you can get a quick response to health queries without needing to book an appointment with a GP. I would definitely recommend the surgery.

This was my first telephone consultation for a health & current medication review & quite frankly, I was extremely impressed with the speed & efficiency of both the service & the consultation with Mehjabin Miah (Prescribing Pharmacist). All of my concerns were dealt with professionally & I was given very sound advice. Thank you. 20/08/2020 I had another telephone consultation today with Mehjabin Miah about a new prescription. I had a really good experience at the reception where Angelina was.I had an issue with the extended care service (the next door) about an appointment becouse I was only 5 minutes late and just becouse I was in the queque respectfully to other people in front of me waiting for my chance to talk,the tine goes and when they told me was the other reception I was too ate or theme and they ancelled my appointment extremely needed.Rediculous!!! But this lady Angelina was amazing,so kind and helpfull. She was smart to understand and tried twice to sort out the situation for me explaining to theme was.not my fault and if they could help me anyway....She kindly explained to me how was working and what I can do..and she was in a hurry to help me as well!! Unbelievable. The centre must be prioud of this lady,is a guarantee of success.These are the people who I wanna talk with for a really good service! Thank you Angelina! Nice one!

Registered using the Dr IQ service, it was quick and easy to register using the app. Was able to speak with a Dr within 20 mins of raising a consultation. Dr Quraishi was very helpful and efficient. Very easy to upload repeat medications. Very helpful service which eliminates the need to go to the GP practice or having to book GP appts which are not available for those working full time.

I've to echo the same concern of above user. They were exceptionally good, when they started few years ago. All the staff and doctors were nice and listen to the patients carefully. Still good experience from doctors and some staff, but overall the standard is going down, some of the new receptionists in particular!

Very helpful and professional. First time I had any dealings with the practice as I was trying over the phone to get some urgent assistance for someone with learning difficulties. Dr Richards promptly rang me back and took plenty of time understand what the situation was. Arranged to see my colleague that afternoon - which enormously helped in a serious situation.

For a walk in centre, I think you get what you get -- this one isn't horrific but it's not good either. I was in severe pain but triage is non existent so i ended up waiting 5 hours on a hard plastic chair before seeing a nurse (not even a doctor) who then told me to buy over the counter cocodamol and see my own GP. Had I been able to see my own GP why would I have been at the centre in the first place?
