I did a same-day COVID PCR test at their Reading clinic at 12:50pm. It was quick and easy, with no queue. They said the results would be out before midnight, and indeed they were: my results came out at 11:20pm on the same day. I note from the reviews here that unfortunately not everyone has had the same quick turnaround of their test, and those reviews made me slightly nervous. However, for me, they delivered on time and I’m happy with the service.

I was extremely pleased by the efficiency of The Regenerative Clinic. I booked the test when I was still in California and it was extremely easy to do so. The clinic was ready when I arrived at my scheduled appointment time. The paperwork was painless and quick. The extraction of the sample was also painless and quick. Amazing experience at the Canary Wharf clinic. Would recommend this to all if you need an RTPCR in a hurry. I was seen by a lovely lady who was extremely professional and did the swab quickly. I had booked same day results and was told that I would get it by midnight. My appointment was at 8am yesterday and the results were available by 7pm the same evening. Having heard horror stories I was pleasantly surprised when the result arrived so quickly without the need to follow up.

My first covid Day 2 PCR was severely delayed by another company called Circular 1 (don’t use them) and so I booked an alternative test with Regenerative and it was seamless. I booked a same day Day 2 PCR in clinic. Results came back later that day. They also answered the phone in a reasonable time unlike the first company I tested it with. Cheers!

I travel a lot for work and live nearby so I come here pretty often. If you have a booking online you can come pretty much anytime that day so long as you’re ok with waiting in a short queue. Everyone that works here is very friendly and helpful; they aim to be as knowledgeable as they can about current travel requirements however it’s best that you do your own research as a customer so you know what kind of test is needed based on your situation. If you try to walk-in you’ll be asked to make an appointment/pay online as they don’t take payment at their reception desk - valid credit card needed. Results are usually sent much faster than advertised. Last thing is……Be kind to the employees of the regenerative lab because they’re doing their best!!!

I had my Day 2 COVID test (booked online) at their site in the Bullring, Birmingham. As with the Antigen test I had had a couple of months previously to travel outbound, I felt reassured and calmed by their professionalism and friendliness. The tests were less invasive than I'd feared (certainly than they were in France) and swift. Results came through quickly and effectively too. Very much recommended on all counts - and a special word of thanks to Maggie for setting me at my ease. On the outbound trip, I had occasion to speak to their customer service: the phone was answered promptly and they were thoroughly helpful.

Well. My same day fit to fly PCR test arrived the same day. This aspect of the service exceeded my expectations having read some negative reviews and trying to contact them by phone due to a temp glitch with the booking system. Not taking any chances, I booked a back up test from another provider in the town centre. I received both tests the same day, but unlike the other provider, the Regenerative Clinic sent me a very official certificate with all of the right content and credentials. I would not have felt very confident presenting the results from the other provider. Constructive feedback would be to dramatically improve the telephone service levels. You can afford it! If I had not received my results on time, I would have been freaking, trying to get through. You could also improve the social distancing when queuing at reception, perhaps by regulating entry to the premises.

Very convenient place for me in the Oracle in Reading town centre. Had a good efficient service but it would have been even better if right from my first visit to get the information on how to register for the lateral flow test which I had to do after returning from France, that I would have been told right from the start that I would need to bring in my passport. However that having been done, I was registered given the code to apply two days before my return from France. Then I was given an appointment for after my return from France and it was plain sailing.

Because of an airline system snafu I had to make an emergency appointment for a COVID test for a flight to the USA. The appointment was made with 10 minutes to spare. The testing center in Putney was bright and clean, the staff very professional. To make a long story short, the airline corrected their mistake and I no longer needed the test so I then went through the test cancellation and refund process. Regenrative’s Customer Support line was professional and helpful, they asked me to write an email to their support address, which they responded to very quickly. David from Customer Service responded at 2:20am! After a short email exchange David processed my refund less the required admin fee. In summary all my interaction with Regenerative’s staff was professional and pleasant. I highly recommend them if you need a COVID test.

Our 'next day PCR tests' at the Marylebone location were done promptly at the booked time. My wife's temperature was checked and swabs taken from her throat and nose, while I had only a nasal swab taken by a different person. Why the difference? I received my test result after about 20 hours, while my wife got hers after 48 hours and 10 minutes. When we called to enquire, we were subjected to the most awful and stressful noise (certainly not music!) while waiting for more than an hour!

I have used The Regenerative Clinic's services at both their Reading and Southampton branches for several tests and found the service and staff to be welcoming, pleasant and professional on all occasions. I booked both Test to release and Fit to Fly same day results, which while quite pricy when compared to other providers, especially postal services, were performed quickly and I had the results back very promptly. I would say the the extra money is well spent when it can take several days for postal results to be returned. I had a special request to add Japanese translations for my Fit to Fly and the team at the London based HQ, including operation mgr Katie were very accommodating and dealt with my request very professionally. Would definitely recommend this service to others, although it is more on the expensive side.

Had the 24/36 hr PCRT. The booking and test were easy and efficient. I was told I would get the results middday next day. But that didn’t happen. I called at 6pm as was worried but was told I would get my results by 5.30am (which would be 36 hrs). A sleepless night constantly checking my email. But no results. I called them at around 6am. Got through straight away. The polite lady confirmed it was negative and said I would receive my certificate within an hour and apologised for the delay. All good in the end but a lot of worry could have been awarded. Customer service was good though. X

My wife and I used The Regenerative Clinic's Canary Wharf branch for our same day 5 day Test to Release. We were both seen and tested within 10 minutes. Our results came back by 4.30pm that afternoon. Although one of us was initially sent a Fit to Fly Certificate rather than a Test to Release, the issue was resolved very quickly and a new certificate was sent within 10 minutes. We will definitely use them again for future tests.

Got my fit to fly certificate after 24 hours, which is what was promised. It ended up in my spam folder, so be sure to check that when looking for your results. I've had covid tests done elsewhere and here the assistant put the cotton swab deeper into my nose than usual. My eyes were tearing from this, so I'm taking one star off for that. The location is in the Grand Arcade which is very convenient.

After using a competitor to try to get a a Fit-to-Fly certificate, which spectacularly failed, I used The Regenerative Clinic after travel for my day 2 & 8 tests, plus my son used them for the day 5 Test to Release scheme. The service was absolutely perfect. I ordered the everything the day before I returned to the UK, and the tests arrived to my home on Day 1 of quarantine. The home tests for days 2 & 8 are easy to use, and I just dropped them as instructed in a priority post box. They carry mailing labels for delivery before 1 pm the next day, and tracking showed delivery around 10:45. Test results were emailed in both cases within 24-36 hours - most importantly I had the test results for day 8 prior to the end of quarantine. The day 5 test for Test to Release was a same day test at the clinic in London. While this is a bit pricey, the appointment was at 10:30 am and we received the results at 3:00 pm - incredibly fast and timely for ending quarantine on Day 5. I recommend The Regenerative Clinic if you need testing due to travel requirements.

The retest was "express", where the results of my 11am retest appointment were with me by 2pm. On both occasions staff were efficient, and had all details readily prepared. Price was okay. Very good service. I had booked the PCR Test and Fit to Fly Certificate, they delivered it within 36 Hours as promised. Please consider atleast 36 hours before booking your test and not 24 hrs and you will be fine. The test itself took 2 mins and I was in and out of there in 5 mins.

The gent who greeted me at St Anne’s in Manchester was a lovely person with great people skills, really good at explaining things and put me at ease as soon as I got there. Really check your Certificate when you get it. I did the same day Fit to Fly test and, whilst the Certificated arrived in good time, both my surname and my passport number were wrong. They were quick to amend when I called but if I hadn't checked it properly, it would have been a nightmare at the airport.

After purchasing Day 2 and Day 8 test kits which both arrived on my Day2 test day, I completed my Day2 test and sent it back in the postal envelope provided . When it came to Day8 just when I did my swab and wanted to post it through I found out that I didn’t have a return envelope to post it back to, so I called the clinic and was told to post it myself and I’ll get refunded with the postage fee which was no issue just wish the kit was complete.

Needed to book a same day PCR test for travel and saw that Regenerative Clinic in Marylebone had lots of times on a Sunday, which was very convenient for me. I had my test done at 1:45pm (very efficient and painless - probably took 3 min total), but didn't have results by 11pm. I called up the number on the booking confirmation email not long after 11pm and was reassured I would have them by midnight. Results were in my inbox at 11:16pm! Would definitely recommend using Regenerative Clinic.

A super efficient process with the professional and friendly Alison on a Sunday afternoon. Would recommend and will return as my job requires frequent same day PCR tests. My recommendation to the clinic would be to a) give Alison the credit she deserves as she is incredible at what she does and b) maybe offer a loyalty scheme where professional people like me can get a discount for frequent PCR tests, as they’re not cheap! But thank you. You should consider a permanent base in CW even when the pandemic is over.

I was let down by Randox Labs forgetting to post my PCR test to me, so that I wouldn’t receive my results in time for my flight. I went to The Regenerative Clinic and paid for the same day service to ensure I got my result in time. I went in at 11am, and had my results before 8pm the same day. It was a very professional and organised service. Worth every penny, would highly recommend.

Quick and easy same day FIT to FLY test done at Canary wharf clinic around midday. They promised the result would be with me at 11 pm. I chased for the result at 11.10 pm and received the result at 11.25 pm. Annoying, but hey I got it in time for the flight. A steep 180 pounds paid, but overall quite convenient.

Good experience with the PCR test. We paid for the next-day results test, which promises results in 24-36hr. Got the negative result via email in ~28 hours, well ahead of our flight. The test itself was quick, easy and painless (swab from throat & nose, not too deep). You will have to line up a bit despite having a time booked, but it was all fast and staff was professional.

I found this clinic via reference from family friends and used their convid PCR test . The people at the clinic led by Katie are extremely professional and extremely courteous. It as extra clean. The results were the same day(although they do say it can take up to 48 hours) but I understand that their clinics are linked with their own pcr machines and hence the speed. I would definitely recommend to anyone.
