g.This is a fantastic GP practice. Dr Goel in particular is patient, knowledgeable and kind and he always goes the extra mile, no matter how big or small the ailment. Appointments are always quick and easy to book and the nurse staff are great. I'm so thankful to be registered here.
A. W.The best GP surgery, Dr. Goel the best GP you could every asked for. The entire team of doctors an nurses I ever have an appointment with do an exceptional job. The receptionist do a great job only thing that take it down to four star is that too many personal questions are asked by the receptionist an the area is very public even if it's over the telephone.
M. A.I'd have to agree that the Dr's are very good here and they take time to explain things to you and show empathy. I can not fault Dr Goel at all.
The nurse who administers the baby immunisations is not very child friendly at all, typically when you have people working with babies/children they talk to them try to interact as best they can but this one definitely does not.
The receptionist I encountered could do with some training in phone manners. Saying 'yep?' rather than 'how can I help?' is not what we should be hearing in this environment.
This is feedback that can be remedied so I will definitely review again if I see improvements.
E. J.I’m with this GP almost 10 years. Doctor’s a very good here specially Dr. Goel , but unfortunately receptionist very very rude. They so ignorant and disrespectful.

B. Z.The Riverside Practice 14 Theydon Rd, London E5 9BQ is great practice with an very good appointment booking system - usually same day appointments or urgent over the phone consultation. Medical staff provide a very high level of quality.
