I have been to different clinics before and Sofia's is by far the best. She really takes the time to understand what your needs are and recommends solutions that actually work (as opposed to selling you a package to keep you coming back). My eyes are my problem area and after Thermage, botox and fillers, the difference is absolutely remarkable. The results stay for long as well. I will go to her for any of my skin related beauty concerns in the future. I'm so glad I have found this clinic.

I went to other clinics to treat a small thread vein on my nose but wasn’t happy with the consultation and luckily I found Sofia at the Toa clinic. Her service was amazing and she treated me with ozone instead of laser which no one else had even offered. I came to TOA Clinic and I was not sure about what I needed and Sofia gave me great advice, she is incredibly good at Botox and fillers! My face looks amazing, and she has really helped my self esteem. I look 10 years younger but really natural. I have become a regular at her clinic. I never feel rushed and have been coming every month as she really knows what is good for me, I trust her completely. She is for me the best practitioner in London. Her clinic is amazing. I have been going to the clinic regularly and have had cheek filler, under eye filler, cryosauna and Ultherapy. The cryosauna is amazing, and always shakes off any stress and increases my metabolism and mood. I had excellent results with the under eye filler, which she is renowned for, and the Ultherapy. I am a regular client. The clinic itself is probably the classiest clinic I have seen in London. It has beautiful interiors, and it is a really relaxing environment. You NEVER feel rushed and she takes her time to make sure she understands your goals whilst giving you her expert advise. She really is a true artist. I will not go anywhere else in London. Make sure you book in with Sofia Maria as she is the expert in aesthetics. The clinic also has a sound healing room, which everyone must try. It is like a massage for the soul.

I came to the TOA clinic for Ultherapy and have also had a cryosauna and PDO threads as well as ozone therapy. Sofia took her time to explain each treatment to me. She is a highly skilled aesthetician and works like an artist. She also takes her time. I used to go to a Harley Street clinic and I always felt rushed. The clinic is also the nicest looking clinic I have been to and has a lovely energy. The Ultherapy gave me amazing results as well as the PDO threads. She is definitely the best for this in London and was recommended to me by a friend who had been going for a few years, and looks amazing which is why I went. This clinic definitely goes all the way when it comes to service and results.

I have visited The Toa clinic a few times now. I have had a PDO thread lift, Cryosauna and skin tightening with Thermage. the clinic is a very classy and the treatments are always delivered professionally. The clinic has the best cryosauna in London, and has the best Aesthetic practitioners. The customer service is amazing, and I have never felt rushed when I have been treated. I had excellent weight loss results after booking 10 cryosauna sessions, after which I had the skin tightening treatment. The clinic is very results based, which I like about it. For me it is the best clinic in London. I would highly recommend the cryosauna, and the Thermage. I am now a regular at this clinic, and even though they treat celebs here, I have never felt any less of a VIP than them.

Had Ultherapy (Ultrasound face lift) done. Being close to 50, I noticed my skin losing elasticity around the jawline and also the lines round the lips were getting deeper (the practitioner asked whether i laugh a lot!).The treatment consists of small pulses of ultrasound zapped on your face and neck. People with sensitive skin might feel the little tingles like small needles contouring the face but it is a bearable pain and only in localized areas (I had crown fillings so felt it more close to those around the jawline). I was zapped on the forehead, around the eyes, cheeks and mouth and jawline and under the chin. I have been told that the best results will show 3 to 6 months after the treatment - as this treatment can only be done every 2 to 3 years - but i immediately noticed the lines around the mouth not so deep as before the session. I also saw a 50% reduction in the puffiness around the eyes. I went out that evening and had no pain or swelling. My friends did compliment me on how good I looked. I am looking forward to the full results. I did not expect an immediate lift, but I was told they are using the latest machine which is more powerful than the earlier versions. My jowls already feel really tight, I can feel the skin firmer and a slight lift already. The clinic has a very friendly approach; you feel like you are visiting a friend and the practitioners are all making you feel comfortable and at ease even during the procedure. They all want you to get the best results out of those treatments; they are at hand afterwards to recommend proper after-care and they do follow-up on you to see how you are doing. I am going back for a 6 week follow up consultation. A very private and discreet clinic where they take their time and you do not feel rushed. I have been to other clinics in Harley Street, but always felt rushed and the environment not so friendly, but here is a really relaxed energy Would highly recommend the clinic to everyone.

I came to the clinic to have botox and fillers. I used to go to Dr Sebagh in Wimpole Street, near Harley Street, and I have been going to him for 8 years. He is very famous for botox and fillers, and I have been really happy with his work, but unfortunately he has got so busy that when you book an appointment, you are made to wait for up to 2 to 3 hours after the scheduled time, because sometimes he has celebrity drop ins and then the rest of us have to wait, which puts the whole appointment schedule out of order. It is a common complaint in the waiting room area. I did not think I would find somewhere as good as Dr Sebagh, but I have! The Head Aesthetician, Sofia Maria Hayat, really takes her time and always sees you on the appointed time. She is a true artist when it comes to the face. She took her time, and actually, during the treatment she kept asking me, how I felt, and kept showing me the mirror saying, I can leave it at that or put a little more here if you wish..My face looks amazing! I am so pleased. She is the new secret in London when it comes to botox and fillers. She also suggested that I had 2 threads placed in my jowel area to lift it, which i did not come in for, but my jowel has been a problem area. Anyway, I agreed and now the sagging from my jowels has completely gone.I have found my best clinic in London, which is discreet, looks very posh, and she takes her time. Thankyou again.

I had cryolipolysis in December. I was told it would take 3 months befre I saw any changes. it is the 6 week stage and I have had amazing results. There was no downtime, no pain, just the feeling of the cold was a bit weird. They actually gave me the platinum treatment for the price of the normal one. The difference is that the Platinum treatment uses heat, wave and cryotechnology for faster results. I am going back in 2 weeks to have the fat under the shoulder part treated the same way. I think you call that back fat. Horrible word I know but I have tried everything and it wont go. I have not lost weight but I have gone down a dress size and you can see by the picture how much the muffin top has already gone! So happy to finally have the belly melted away! I love this treatment. I just cannot believe how much fat has gone. I asked the clinic for my before picture so I could see. They use my picture as an example for a before and after, excuse the after picture in my bedroom! Definitely recommend the treatment and the TOA clinic!

I have been coming to the clinic for a year. I absolutely love the Cryo. I have a serious sinus condition, and am asthametic. When i do a few sessions of Cryo my medicine intake reduces. There are times when i have not had to use inhalers for weeks and months. I am hooked for life.
