h. a.I came to this surgery 2 years ago, before the Covid-19 pandemic, which the staff seemed to have soldiered through admirably. Its friendly staff showed special patience today (reception were understanding to my frustration!) A doctor fitted a face to face recently for me at the surgery as I was already there. Even though I wasn't insisting on it.
I always felt this surgery were going to do their best to work through my many issues, as I'm a retiree with soon coming national pension. I only wish we could return to the days when doctor surgeries would not expect you to call back again (not knowing with guarantee if the phone call you make the next day will get a doctors consultation you require that day for a review. Unless you call soon after 8am. So I will need to set an Alarm because Failing to get a consultation will mean my needing to call them the following working day - that being Monday) - My patient
review in question needs to be done before A NEW OR SAME DOSAGE ( this being my only medication that is not on repeat and is an antidepressant) IS GIVEN. I Still want my review as patient to show 5 stars as I know the staff at this surgery are doing their best at this most work pressured time.

It has completely taken the stress out of dealing with health services for me and probably means that my health will be better as a result.
