O. K.Have been in the area for a year and have had to go to GP a few times for minor issues. They are by far the best GP practise I've had to deal with (and I've had around 10-12 different ones over the years).
Always polite, professional and genuinely seem to want to help. The doctors are excellent, couldn't praise them high enough. Normally, receptionists at GPs are very difficult to deal but not at Vineyard, they're a pleasure and always professional. Keep up the good work guys, we're very appreciative.
v. c.New to the area, but i must say my experience thus far has been great. The receptionist, is especially friendly and polite and just lovely - which makes a huge difference. Doctors have followed up with our previous referrals. Just wanted to say a huge thank you to a wonderful team.

Z.Dr James Gibbs is the only doctor who has ever taken me seriously regarding some health concerns. He is thorough and pleasant - who would have thought that was possible these days. I've seen so many doctors and not one has come close to him. Sadly I've had to leave the area for now and so I'm having to look for a temporary GP elsewhere and I'm really frustrated. I finally find an excellent doctor and now I can't attend the surgery. I hope to find someone as skilled as him around here, but I have little hope.
